Prompt response and helpful
I had a problem with the verification process but Allen was very helpful and sent me the link for secondary verification, which solved my issue. Allen was very prompt at replying my concerns, which made it all very easy.

Excellent help received
I was having problems with my online verification, so I contacted Verify Online by email. The level of service I have received from Allen has been exemplary - he responded extremely quickly, addressing my difficulties effectively and explaining the steps I needed to take clearly, answering subsequent questions patiently, seeing my verification queries through to completion.
Despite having to pay more money on top of the fee for DBS to use this online verification service, I wouldn't hesitate to use it for my renewal and should I have any difficulties next time, I hope that Allen is around to help! Thank you!

I contacted customer support as I had an issue with not being able to receive a verification SMS message to my phone. Allen was absolutely brilliant, sending me a link to complete the online verification then uploading the certificate to the agent dealing with my DBS certificate.

Great out of hours service
It was a Sunday afternoon when I sent an email to support@verifyonline so I didn't expect a reply until Monday. So I was surprised when 20 minutes later I received an email from Allen giving me detailed instructions on what and how to get things sorted. Followed instructions and everything complete in a short time. Great service and very polite too!!
