My experience at Vertu Honda Newcastle…
My experience at Vertu Honda Newcastle was positive because from the moment I arrived the service I received was fantastic, the sales team listened to what I was looking for and gave me a few options. I ended up with just what I needed and the whole experience was very easy and straight forward. Even my 8 year old daughter enjoyed being there and she's not easily pleased!

Purchase of Used Car
I was looking for a relatively new used Jazz and received excellent service all round from Vertu Honda on Scotswood Road, Newcastle. Fair and impartial advice, attention to detail, answered all my questions and went for a test drive. Calvin, Jack and Natalee were lovely to deal with and the transfer from my old car to my new one was seamless. Staff at Service Desk answered my other questions patiently, friendly and professionally. Always a pleasure dealing with this branch.

Good people at Honda. The salesman was knowledgeable and acted professionally. The managers, at all levels, are helpful and readily available. Problems are discussed and addressed. They keep you in the loop and don’t hide things from you. Great experience!

Excellent experience when buying a car.
I have just purchased a Honda Civic from Vertu Honda Newcastle. I must say that the quality of the service I received from first calling in to look at the car to actually buying and taking delivery of it was absolutely outstanding.
Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and in no way pushy at all.
The car was really well prepared on hand over day, I have been very impressed.
