This is how a used car purchase should be handled.
The sales person was very helpful, communicated well and was careful to ensure everything was as I wanted it. Although dealer finance was offered, I used a broker I know well, and this wasn't a problem.

Just collected my new car yesterday from Virtu Newcastle Catherine was pleasant and patient throughout. From first entering the showroom I was greeted and offered assistance if needed. All paperwork was handled efficiently and full explanation given. Communication from ordering to receipt was clear and regular. Couldn’t ask for more.

I was dealt with during my recent purchase by Mark Spring and Dan Bleek. Both are very personable and easy to establish a good rapport with. Not over pushy when suggesting " add-ons" like alloy wheel insurance etc.
I received what I thought was a reasonable price for my p/ex.
Good people to do business with.

Morpeth and Newcastle branches excellent
From walking into the showroom at Morpeth, I spoke to Chris and the service was excellent, customer service was friendly, and all my queries answered, the car I wanted was at another branch so he arranged for meet Adil at Newcastle to have a test drive. Adil’s customer service again was excellent I bought the car on Friday and took delivery on Monday . Great job lads thank you.

This is the third vehicle Honda Newcastle have supplied.The attentivness of the sales staff has been exemplory throughout and the reason why we keep returning.I would imagine the on line documentation that has to be completed can be a lttle daunting and overwhelming in particular if one is unfamiliar with processing information of this nature.

Happy New Car Day
I do not enjoy the initial stage of buying a car, visiting the show room, negotiating etc as I always feel a bit intimidated. But our experience with Mark Spring at Honda Newcastle was completely different. He made the experience feel so easy it felt like we were chatting with a friend. Very helpful staff a pleasure to deal with . If it wasn’t for the staff we would not have bought a car from you as the older customers are not comfortable with documents on the phone. Maybe you should review the system for the older customers.

Friendly & knowledgeable service
Friendly and professional service from Jack - made the experience of buying my first car smooth sailing! Jack was helpful and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable working with him and I'm thrilled with my car. Great peace of mind getting a used car from this dealer, as it had received a full service and had 3 months warranty included. Would definitely return to look for my next car, but hopefully that's a good few years off as I love the car I've just bought!
