Really positive experience from start…
Really positive experience from start to finish. This was my second time buying from a Vertu dealership and once again the experience was very positive. James was professional, approachable and easy to deal with throughout.
Despite us arriving late on handover day due to after work traffic, James, Lewis and the rest of the team were patient and kind, making the whole process feel relaxed and stress free. Communication was clear, the handover was smooth and I’m very happy with the car.
Would happily recommend them to other! Thank you once again.

I have just purchased a car from Vertu Chesterfield. The experience from start to finish has been a positive one.
My first contact was with the Manager, Andrew. He was friendly, straightforward and did his very best to provide the best deal for us. I was also looked after by James who was very pleasant and friendly, as were the rest of the sales staff. It made a pleasant change from the usual poor attitude and service by many car dealers. I would heartily recommend anyone in the market looking to purchase a car to visit this dealer.

Arranged a viewing of a ford puma from vertu nissan chesterfield,on arrival i was met by a chap called ollie who showed me round the car followed by a test drive,all was good told me the car had full ford comprehensive service history part exchange on my car was reasonable so decided to buy,collected the car a few days later and when I got home decided to check the service history,no service book just a couple of screwed up receipts in the glove box,took five days and 12 phone calls before I was forwarded the service history fron vertu,the customer service was shocking and would certainly never buy from them again

New Nissan Juke
Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. We were very well looked after. A very good part exchange price had been agreed previously against a very attractive price for the Juke. The new Juke was ready, gleaming and waiting outside. The very helpful and knowledgable sales executive detailed the paperwork and then ran through the car controls in detail. All questions were fully answered and the satnav was set up for our long drive home. I've bought a number of cars from car showrooms in the past but Nissan Chesterfield was definitely the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. The sales executive rang after the weekend to make sure we got home safely and to check if we had any queries. This courtesy call had been promised by other dealers in the past but never made. I can thoroughly recommend Nissan Chesterfield as a quality organisation with friendly excellent staff and very competitive prices.

Great overall experience, would return a 3rd time.
Great service, really nice sales team. Made the experience less daunting and they never put pressure on to buy.

good price them for new cars and very fair with price for my part exchange. Russell the agent was very good in explaining the extras that are available but they dont pressurise you to have them
