Vertu Motors transferred a vehicle from Reddich to Widnes for me to test drive. This was requested Saturday evening. The car was in Widnes by Monday when I was able to test drive. I purchased Monday evening and collected Wednesday. Staff were kind, courteous, obliging, hospitable and very professional. Rob was outstanding. Great clarity, detail and professionalism. Takes real pride in the car and customer service. Sets very high standards. I was able to feel really confident in my purchase. Thank you so much!

I obtained a car on the motability…
I obtained a car on the motability scheme from nissan at widnes. As a newcomer to motability I was unsure how it all worked but myself and my wife were looked after by a lovely lady called kara jones who was very friendly, professional and informative. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and there were quite a few, not only about how motability works but also about all the technology in new cars of which I am totally ignorant about. I had a couple of queries after we got the car so contacted kara and she was very helpful. 5 stars for kara jones at nissan widnes.
