Great experience from start to finish. The level of customer service from skoda darlington is the highest I've ever had when purchasing a new car. Brian our salesman was exceptional and I won't hesitate to buy another car from there when the time comes.

Bought my white Vaxhall Mokka from Vertu Skoda Darlington around the 21st July. I wanted to trade in my White Hyundai i10 which was practically brand new. I am a mature women and my Hyundai i10 was an impulse buy due to sales pressure from Hyundai Scarborough and did not suit my needs. After much research I found my Vaxhall mokka online and dealt with Molly. Molly is extremely young ( don't let this put you off) she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely relaxed throughout the whole process and zero pushy sales talk. The atmosphere in general within the sales showroom was relaxed and friendly. I've bought many car's over the years from now to nearly new so have encountered many sales car showrooms. My overall experience was stress free. Thanks again Molly you are amazing! Extremely happy with my Vaxhall mokka.

Great customer service!
Charmaine was absolutely brilliant when I came to pick up my new car. She made sure the process was very smooth and the car was ready as soon as I arrived. I had never driven an automatic before so she made sure I was comfortable driving around the local area before driving the car home. She also spent the time to go through all the car’s features with me and kindly waited while I set everything up (connecting my phone etc) to ensure there were no problems. I would highly recommend and thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

Shocking service. They are clearly not interested in selling a car. Wanted to test drive one next Saturday but told the service manager has that model and he doesn’t work saturdays !!!

Not all of our demonstrator and courtesy vehicles are kept on site every day, and unfortunately the model you wished to test drive was unavailable at the time. However, we completely understand how disappointing this must have been when you were looking to arrange a test drive.

Where do I start. Vertu skoda have looked after us for a fourth year now and I have nothing but praise for the entire team. Pressure free, highly professional, caring and have superb after sales service which is absolutely second to none. Special mention to Michal in sales, returned back to him for our second car. Spent all the time needed going through new features and refused to leave us until we were absolutely satisfied and ready to take to the road. Always a very warm welcome from the service department, staff on the main shop floor are first class and a credit to the dealership. Thanks all. Another customer very very happy indeed.
