Charmaine the young lady who dealt with me made buying a car fun. Extremely knowledgeable and answered every question asked definitely not just a pretty face. Spoke to several other members of staff each just as pleasant. Highly recommend Vertu Darlington.

Great service
Matthew, the Sales Exc. Was extremely helpful and had good product knowledge which made the transaction so much easier.

I had a very small problem with my…
I had a very small problem with my Skoda Kamiq, the USB outlets failed.
I was booked in seamlessly, kept informed on the progress, the part was sent overnight and fitted very early the next morning, all under warrenty
I have to say I am very impressed with all at this dealership
Highly recommend them

Not customer focussed.
The company /salesman ignored my requests for specific information on a vehicle and not to call at certain times that I had submitted on the enquiry form. Took down personal data in a deceptive manner despite having already given communication preferences. Provided PCP offers when explicitly told not to, that this would be a cash offer. Could not provide an adequate response when I challenged being asked a range of questions for an 'offer' I was not asking for overall breaching GDPR, then used the wrong name to address me. In the end went with a different dealership who were more professional. One positive is the speed of response.

Kind, considerate & knowledgeable
Not the first time I have dealt with virtu, specifically Rory and Graeme. Absolute pleasures to work with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My situation was slightly different to most, but I managed to get a better deal than expected. Big shout out specifically to Graeme, understanding i have the technology knowledge of a Roman, and still being helpful throughout our interaction be that in person or emails. Last car skoda superb, this car skoda superb, I imagine my next car will be a Skoda with this team. I travel down the A1 about 40 mins from home, as I dont see customer service and not just service, but support also, I like to stick with a winning team.

Iver made the process smooth, easy and enjoyable. We got fantastic advice from him and received a professional and efficient service at every stage.
