Great product

Great product and genuinely kind support team. Really improved my magnesium levels and met with a Nutritional Coach that understood my insecurities and goals/lifestyle and helped me make a plan that feels really doable

It’s horrible how they trap you in a…

It’s horrible how they trap you in a payment for a year. I thought It would be able to try it out and cancel if didn’t use it as much but not the case. Your stuck paying for a year. Other that it is a good but the payment thing is a big issue this why I rated it a 2.

Hi Jewell, Thank you for sharing this with us and taking the time to share. We are sorry to hear that there was some concerns about your membership details regarding cancelation.

We do have different plans that we offer that you can chose from upon sign up. Our monthly memberships do come with the flexibility to cancel any time while or 6 & 12 month memberships do come at a lower cost with the anticipation of completion. However we are always open to helping our members find the best solution when this type of request does occur.. Our team lead will be in touch to help resolve any concerns here and find the best solution for you! Thank you again and cheers to a wonderful night!

Impressive across the board

Not only are the products offered incredibly insightful (testing cards, wellness walk-throughs, etc.), but the customer service is probably the best I have come across in my years as a consumer of health-related products.

Transformed my life for the best!

This product has really transformed the way I evaluate my health on an every day basis. Knowledge is power and extremely helpful.

As well, the customer service is so reliable and thoughtful. Anything I need they are there to make sure that I have the best experience!

This product has really helped me to learn a lot about my health. The customer service has been fantastic. I recently spoke with one of their representatives, Teri. She was able answer all of my questions and helped me to troubleshoot some issues I was having with the app. I highly recommend this product.

Please no one sign up for this

Please no one sign up for this! They refuse to cancel my subscription after MULTIPLE requests and keep charging me. I met my requirements for my initial subscription. I am having to file a claim with my bank and cancel my card to get them to stop! I have also filed a claim against them with the BBB. Please stay far away!!!

It worked great for a while and then there were so many problems with their app. I couldn’t even use it yet they kept charging. I finally got fed up and asked to cancel MULTIPLE times and they won’t stop billing me.

Our team responded to the emails but we should have cancelled the membership when we did not hear back. We've reached out to process this for you and issue a refund for this last month that processed. We do have the monthly membership available for members who would like the full flexibility to cancel at any time via the app. It does sound like you experience some challenges with the app and we want to better understand that so we can replace any cards that did not work properly. Again, very sorry we fell short here and our team will be working with you to make this right!

I had trouble with the app (my fault)…

I had trouble with the app (my fault) so I emailed customer support. Teri answered me immediately with what to do to fix my problem. She was extremely kind and had several things I could do. She was wiling to do whatever it took to help me. I think their product is amazing and very helpful in my health journey. And their customer support is above average.

Vessel is awesome and their customer service is top notch

Vessel is awesome! I had reached out to customer service because I was charged for a month I had skipped. Turns out it was a system update glitch and they made it right. I really appreciate them getting back to me and explaining the whole situation and also refunding my money!! I would highly recommend the vessel health services and also their customer service. Thank you so much Rachel for getting back to me and making it right!

Subscription Scam

Tests do not seem accurate, and they refuse to let you cancel. I tried it for a bit and didn't feel like I was getting any real results, so I reached out to cancel the subscription and was met with an immediate refusal to assist. I recommend staying away as they'll continue to bill you even if you try to cancel.
