Like others I signed up for a year…
Like others I signed up for a year membership and and feel trapped in it now into my second year, when I finally figured out how to get into my account and then contacted support I was told I was only 2 months into my 12 month. The app and website suggest and I swtich to 1x month plan, but then it won't even actually let me do it. And on top of that I started getting all the please come back emails offering me new subscription plans to sign up for.
Do not subscribe. In my opinion it is a waste.

No confidence in accuracy of results
I took my third test and there are persistent problems. My sodium results say good but “learn more” says sodium is high, my hydration says good but “learn more” says I am under hydrated. All test trend graphs show nitrite levels on them with results varying from low to high so I don’t know if the trend is actually the calcium, sodium, etc. or nitrites.
I reported the conflicts on my first two tests and was told there was a glitch in the app. I am a registered nurse and have no confidence in the accuracy of this product and can not use this product to guide supplementation due to the conflicting guidance.

I wish I could recommend - CS really tries the best!
Update: A representative of Customer Service (I believe it was a Team Leader) reached out & was able to resolve my issues and cancel my membership (which was my primary concern). Will admit their CS is hard working and will try to help out within their means. I understand they are doing their job, and upper level is responsible for the rest that is not fixed yet. With that being said, I still do not recommend this product (from my experience this is still on the phase of being something great but they are not there yet, someday - hopefully soon).
My recommendation will be - if you are interested do not sign up for anything longer than a monthly membership and see if this works out for you. Hopefully you will have a better experience than me.
Do not subscribed to this company! This company’s product is awful. I have contacted them for cancellation of membership due to the app not being able to read the card & the CS rep admitted to the app having kinks & that software team is “working” on a update, however they are not willing to cancel my remaining 2 months of my 6 month subscription. I have all the cards stocked up because this just does not work. I do not understand how they obligate one to fulfill the terms of the subscription knowing that their services are not working accurately.

The concept is cool but they are PREDATORY.
The concept is cool, but their membership platform is set up with predatory intent. They do not allow anyone to cancel memberships within the portal and once you write in and ask to have your membership cancelled, they LIE and say it is, and then they bump your membership so you receive more cards and a charge months later. I wrote in the customer service about this and they wanted to upsell me MORE. It's completely predatory and it's unfortunate they are so greedy they will ruin a good concent.

The customer service is beyond amazing
The customer service is beyond amazing! They give me extra special surprises, discounts or extra sticks if one didn't work correctly. I didn't even have to say anything, they just knew and did it. The product also is super cool and VERY informative to your body's needs. The nutritionist is also very helpful in guiding on the right foods to eat for your personal health needs.

A simple test that tells a lot!
I was gifted my test and was so impressed that something so simple as peeing on a test card could tell me so much! The set up on the app and directions for the text card were super easy, and the videos very informative! Besides being linked with a nutritionist, it’s nice to have all the tips right at your fingertips. One thing that was confusing is when I was putting in my lifestyle information. The same terms kept coming up again and again, but that’s a bug that should be easily fixable. I look forward to doing more tests and seeing where I’ve improved! Thanks for a great tool!

I got this test originally to check…
I got this test originally to check cortisol levels. But then the test said my magnesium was low - I started supplementing Mag and the lingering anxiety is GONE! I test myself now every week as its a great insight into things I can't see! Like Mag levels, cortisol, vit C and can't wait for the calcium test to come out! Oh, its also very easy to test.

I purchased this for my husband at Christmas. It's a great item, but I am looking forward to the product providing more health information in the coming months. The customer service is really great too, they respond quickly and handle whatever your needs are, as well as provide options.

Simple and worth the test
I was gifted a test to try from my daughter. It was easy. To set up on the app and to do the test. Well worth the experience in finding out information and what you can do to change what you are lacking on and how to better yourself to be more healthy. I would recommend this to others. I work In office environment with a lot of stress as well as a lot of missed or not so healthy lunches.

I was gifted a test card to try, and I’m so glad I was! It was simple and straightforward on how to use, and what my results were and what they meant. I’m fairly aware of and invested in my over all health and nutrition, so I didn’t utilize the supplement or nutritional recommendations. I really like the ease of a monthly home check to make sure I’m maintaining the levels I want. Very handy and helpful! I look forward to being able to monitor more vitamin and minerals levels at my convenience as they expand the testing scope.

Love this product
Love this product. I love that I can track some key aspects of my health. I can indicate my goals and get feedback on how my changes are reflected in my test. The only reason I didn't give the 5 stars I wanted to give is that I'm excited for the upcoming additional test metrics and the fact that there is usually one test result that doesn't properly work. (Still testing different dipping times to get them all to work). I should mention that they are AMAZING at customer service and actively send a new test when it notices that one or more tests didn't work properly.

Simple way to optimize your health
I received a free test card in exchange for a review here. Very cool program. Modern day pocket nutritional advice. I peed on a test card and was instantly given an overall health score that was then broken down in what looked good and some categories to work on. I figured I would get my results in a week or so but I simply scanned the test card and was given instant information. The whole process took less than five minutes to accomplish. There are loads of suggestions on how to improve and apparently you can chat with a nutritionist through the app. Pretty amazing use of technology to solve a problem.

I've been looking to "biohack" my body…
I've been looking to "biohack" my body for close to a decade. Vessel helped me see that my cortisol levels were high and my biotin & calcium levels were low which helped me to assess which vitamin supplements I needed. Loved the app, loved the experience of using it. Definitely informative.
