Great price range and reliable company
After comparing prices with other companies, I had decided to purchase the veterinarian diet cat food ((Royal Canin Renal) from Vets Love Pets as their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other online pet stores.
Their $15 off your first order and their rewards benefits was also a bonus as I had already gained enough points to take $10 off my next purchase just from my first order.
The ordering process was simple and easy and I had received notification from them as soon as I had placed my order through. The whole processing, shipping and delivery time took only a few days for me to receive my order.
I am so glad to have found Vets Love Pets for the products they have at reasonable prices and reliability. I have already placed another order with them and will happily continue to shop for my cats needs with Vets Love Pets.

I HATE THEM!
The products are great!
But wanted to double order on Sunday night, so sent a message to discuss order. No reply since. It is now Friday.
Sent an email Wednesday or Thursday, to discuss, still no reply. Said then , I wanted to cancel.
Received all of the Aussie post emails and updates though! It is now on its way to me... wifi.
So I rang them today, the Asian lady kept talking and wouldn't give me a chance to talk or talked over me, so in the end I had to talk over her to be heard.
What a joke!
Absolutely NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
UNFORTUNATELY this is why I stopped ordering from them a few years ago.
Pity I forgot!!!
They also won't redirect product. So I have to receive it to redirect it!🤨
At this very moment, I Absolutely HATE THEM! And I never hate anyone.
