Vetster is an amazing service and Dr. James is a wonderful vet!!! My cat had a medical need that required immediate assessment...I was able to book a same day appointment, sign up for Vetster, and fill out the required information within 20 minutes...less than an hour later, I had the answers I needed and my cat was on the way to feeling better asap. I selected Dr. Andrea James from the list just by chance...she looked like a nice vet I would want to work with, and I feel like I hit the lottery! She was SO kind, compassionate, and knowleageable. The appointment was very smooth, I had all my questions answered and my concerns were addressed. Dr. James was just what I needed to lift my spirits to know my fur-sweetie was going to be ok. My new moto: Don't delay, book your Vetster appointment today! I will definitely be using this service again via Dr. James for both my house cat/dog and my feral/stray/TNR cats. Thank you Vetster and most importantly Dr. James!!!

The vet great. He was more personal than a local vet.

I appreciate the ease of access to professional and reliable vet care, when an in-person visit to a clinic, isn’t available. Vetster saves me alot of anxiety around pet care, and I’m so thankful for the service!

Overall, Vetster provided a convenient and helpful experience, especially when we needed veterinary advice for our furry family member.

Amazing service

If your animal is in dire need of a prescription I would not recommend vetster at all. They will tell you that the prescription will come next day but they are lying. unfortunately it takes like 4-5 days. And they don't take refunds.

I was very unhappy with Dr. Michael Perry. He did not seem to care for my dog, understand the actual situation, or my concern as a pet owner. I found his advice completely incorrect for the situation I was trying to avoid. I gave very clear background notes, many pictures and I had to explain several times my concern. He opted for advice that would have been very poor in an anaphylactic situation. In the end, I felt like this was a money grab. I did not feel Ivwas talking with a caring vet.

My first visit was exceptional. Having unexpected sick pets can be challenging with busy schedules and the first visit exceeded my expectations. Although it was challenging to find someone to fill the prescription locally, at least the doctor gave me a script. The second visit months later for another purpose was completely different. The vet’s camera wasn’t on it felt impersonal and unprofessional. She refused to give my pet antibiotics since it was a telemedicine visit, what’s the point in telemedicine if antibiotics won’t be prescribed? Several days later he still wasn’t better so we had to visit our regular vet who did think he needed antibiotics. I contacted Vetster and of course they wouldn’t refund me so now I’m stuck having to pay for the Vetster visit and a regular visit. Save your money and just go in person, you will probably have to anyway. Customer service fully disregarded my concerns and said it’s up to their doctors discretion, meaning there is no consistency or backing from Vetster if the visit wasn’t advantageous. Lastly, as to try to help others, purchasing the medicine from Vetster is extremely inflated and they can’t even guarantee a next day delivery and most local clinics will not fill if they didn’t prescribe.

Paid for medications and still haven't received them. Used old medications we had in the home. It's been 6 days since the vetster vet saw our dog in an emergency. Was never told medications would be shipped from out of our country. Emergency medications should be sent locally. That option was never offered. Beware if you have a sick animal.
