Received a faulty shoe
Received a faulty shoe. Had to return and still pay 10€ „restock fee“. No recognition of this, customer service took 1 week time to respond. For the price and the experience, definitely not worth it!
Soft shoes and the quality of the…
Soft shoes and the quality of the leather was no way near as nice as the postings and commercials alludes to :(….it is not a cheap slipper so I look forward to see how long time they last
Coarse finish cut my foot.
I bought two pairs of Roma shoes.
The inlay is soft and comfortable, however the upper of the shoe is poorly finished, so much so that when I wore them they cut a clear and definitive line across the top of my foot. I can no longer wear them.
The shoes are genuinely lovely but delivery very poor
The shoes are genuinely lovely. I have bought two pairs now. They are comfortable, very well made and fit very extremely well. Their customer service is also very responsive, and you can easily reach a human.
The only issue I have is with their delivery partner; the amount of time I have had to spend - opening accounts with the delivery partner to amend the delivery instructions, getting stuck in endless loops with their customer service, trying to change the delivery instructions because they were not delivered when they were supposed to have been - make it nearly not worth buying the shoes in the first place..
Not well made!
After a ten day holiday the shoes have come apart completely. The souls have come out of both and the leather has peeled away on one. I was just wearing them on a regular summer holiday - no long walks or getting wet!
Bad customer service
Their size suggestions doesn’t work, use the size chart instead.
Their customer service is very bad and slow. No one answered my first message ever and they where not able to resolve or help in anyway once they finally answered to my third message. I cannot recommend this to anyone. If you want the shoes, buy them somewhere else.
Product deugt niet en je kunt niet terugsturen
Vibae muilen besteld en ontvangen. Het product wordt geleverd in onbehandeld leer. Op dag één viel er één druppel water op. Dat gaf een vlek die er nooit meer uitgaat! Geprobeerd om te klagen en te ruilen. Allerlei mooie tekst op de website, maar als je contact zoekt of echt iets wilt gaan terugsturen, werkt die pagina ineens niet. GEEN VIBAe KOPEN!

Everything is great and I love the product however I wish I knew they ran smaller as I would have purchased a size bigger but hey here we are , I kept them and will get bigger next time.
Long return process and AI bot for customer service
The delivery time is not out of the ordinary, it's okay. I ordered shoes in size 37, however the size chart on their website must be the shoe length and not the foot length. Which meant the shoes were too small for me. I sent them back for an exchange. Then my troublesome experience started. Firstly, it took some time for the shoes to get back to the company. And after that - nothing happened. Secondly, after five days I tried to get in touch with their customer service, but all I got was an AI bot to chat with. Tired of waiting, I wanted to cancel the exchange and get a refund instead. The chat bot prompted me to share my emailadress and customer service would get back to me. After 48hrs still nothing. I then posted a comment of disappointment on their social media along with a request for contact via the webpage. This was in the weekend. Monday morning I got a response. My problem was then solved within one hour, along with a total refund. It was such a relief to finally get in touch with a real person. The swiftness in the problem solving was a great plus from my part, thankful I finally got in touch with their customer service and they responded with a very nice customer focus.
I like the design a lot, maybe I will place a new order in some time. If this is the case, I will be sure to order the right show size from the beginning.
Initially I loved my Nova slippers
Initially I loved my Nova slippers. However four months on they have worn pretty badly, and have stretched so much that they are way to large. Given the cost I would have expected these to have worn better. I wouldn't purchase another pair.
Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered three pairs of shoes, which were shipped to me in three different parcels. All of them too small, even though I strictly followed their size shart. My feet are very narrow and yet I was unable to put one of the shoes on. The returning has been made as difficult as possible. They sent me ONE return label and the instructions is to return the products in the original boxes. So ONE return label instead of three labels. An this costs me 10 euros. And the best part: you have to print the label! In the year 2025 you actually have to find a printer and print a paper label. Ridiculous.

Delivery was completely ok! Shoes are beautiful but squeezing my toes. Sole is bloody but for one day I like the shoes very much!
Wonderful company and my dream shoes
Such a wonderful company - I bought a pair of ROMAs and couldn't be happier with them. I had an issue with them shortly after wearing and customer service could not have been more helpful, solving the problem. I hope Vibae never stop making these shoes as they are what I've always been looking for and I will be buying from them for life.
Service client déplorable
Service client déplorable. Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis et le service client refuse de me rembourser après 1 mois et demi d’attente. 13 e-mails. Ils me demandent d’attendre encore sans jamais proposer aucune solution. Choquant.
wrong size no refund so far
I have waited weeks for the shoes to arrive after of course I was charged
when they did arrive --the box was the right size the shoes were not and customer service dissapeared. I have use the refund system as they explian online but so far was not refunded and we are in june 20th (purchased in april 4th!)
The shoes are nice but UPS carrier sucks
The shoes are nice, but their carrier UPS really sucks. Got my 1st pair 2 years ago and now wanted a second pair in a different color. My package is now stuck in my town ( 6km away) for 3 days and has been delayed now twice. I can’t even pick it up myself before they send me a message. It is extremely bad service. Vibae- shame on you to use this carrier!!!
Very comfortable and well made
Bought my pair of Roma’s in pre-order and the were delivered about 3 weeks later. Very pleased with my purchase, they were exactly what I thought they would be.
So comfortable
Really pleased with my Roma shoes, they are so comfy. Ordered a pair of St Tropez and can’t wait for them to arrive. I live in the U.K. and it takes about 2 weeks to get them delivered assuming they aren’t on backorder, which is made clear when to are ordering. Not bad delivery time in my opinion, considering they are coming from another country.
