It has been my pleasure to work with Lorraine Crosse as my matchmaker at Vide Select.
Throughout the whole process, which ended in my finding a wonderful partner, Lorraine served as a dedicated, faithful advisor. She was so thoughtful, wise, empathic and experienced throughout this search process.
Lorraine is a gentle soul. She was committed to giving her considerable experienced thoughts for each promising partner that came into view. She diligently learned what I thought would make a good match while also giving me additional suggestions that I had not considered. There was no topic that I raised which she would not take up and explore with me. She was a very savvy advisor mixed with the outlook of a committed friend. She exceeded my expectations throughout.
I cannot thank Lorraine enough for all that she brought to my successful Vide Select experience. I wish her the best of luck.

As someone who is new to online dating, I found the VIDA SELECT services invaluable. They walked me through the steps of curating and online profile and photos that maximized my potential for quality matches. Most importantly, they did the hard work of identifying and screening potential matches, initiating chats and recommending compatible matches that met my dating requirements. So my first review was very negative due to my understanding of the services vs. the actual service I purchased. Once I made a complaint I was immediately contacted by Rosalia, the Client Success Manager. She explained the process, and we cleared up where the disconnect had happened. I felt as if she understood my issue and was there to not only resolve it, but to assure the miscommunication didn't happen again. We resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction.

I worked with Lorraine Crosse Crosse at Vida and she was excellent throughout the entire journey. She was attentive to my needs and requests, she was patient with all of my questions. She kept me updated and abreast of any new developments, etc. and was very thorough in her explanations about the process

All the folks at VIDA were very helpful especially Shyne and Calvin. They could explain all the different websites and which ones were good to be on. They helped with my photographs and we did a photo shoot, helped with my write up that I put on the websites and helped write up some statements and come back when reaching out to people. All for a very reasonable price. I actually was able to get too many dates.

Lorraine at Vida is great! Very thoughtful and considerate about matches. She’s always very positive and upbeat, encouraging me along.

Tara Baldwin was absolutely wonderful! She was always positive, optimistic, kind, available & an excellent communicator. I would recommend VIDA Select first and foremost because of Tara Baldwin.

Shyne and her team offer me wonderful guidance and encouragement in my path toward finding true love. In particular, Shyne and I have an excellent relationship in reaching this goal of finding that special woman for me. Shyne is friendly and insightful in her communication with me. Her team, moreover, is excellent in their initial messages to interesting ladies and follow-up remarks. I highly recommend Vida to anyone in search of a matchmaker that will do their best job at finding that special someone.

So far I am pleased with my Vida experience. The onboarding was longer and more difficult than expected but once the team picked up on my vibe, the matches started rolling in. Hopeful for the future

The set-up process did take longer than expected and there were some difficulties in setting up the dating apps but Simmy was always there to provide assistance. Once we got going, I had 5 dates in one weekend and one of them I am still dating and falling in love with. Francesca was responsive and helpful and the conversations online they had with potential dates on my behalf were really well done. What a time saver! So glad I did this.

The Vida process was terrific and made working my way through dating apps so much easier. While I haven’t met my mate, the way Vida builds profiles and then manages them has made my life so much easier. It reduces all the noise and frustration with the dating apps. I also learned from them how to approach these apps so that I feel more comfortable doing this on my own. That said, I would definitely use them again.

My matchmaker, Kedi Karlsen did a professional job of interfacing with me during the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. Her insights about dating and communication were invaluable to me and helped me to "up" my dating and communication skills! I found a great match and am exclusive with her in less than three weeks after looking by myself for eighteen months by myself

I was pleased by the service offered. My matchmaker Grace in particular was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the process. My only complaint was that the setup takes a bit longer than I expected. It will take a few weeks before the dates get started, but after that, the service does its job.

Nordika is an excellent matchmaker & account exec. She demonstrated patience and empathy consistently.

My matchmaker Angie did a great job. She was very responsive and gave good advice throughout. Also nice just have someone so positive involved. I would def recommend to anyone looking for some support in sometimes grueling process of modern day dating ;)
