Really good very stylish products I ordered the wooden toilet seat with fish on it epoxy coated I was more than impressed bye how unique it was excellent fittings and solid unfortunately it was not useful 4 ceramic toilets I should have thought off that first but iff you have a designer toilet metal toilet off a bush toilet this is a great seat solid attractive and unique also bought a glass top coffee table was inexpensive good design no wobberly it's a speciality shop with solid products that definitely stand the test off time

The tables looked beautiful in the picture, ordering was easy and the parcel arrived quickly. The table tops were just what we wanted, true to colour and size. Putting them together was another matter. Hundreds of screws and parts to assemble. After four hours we gave up and bought some already built tables.

Very dishonest seller!
Very dishonest seller!
I bought a shed from this seller, but it was missing a very important part that made it impossible to assemble properly. I had to spend extra money to custom-make the missing piece. The seller promised to refund me $51 to cover the cost — not enough, but I accepted it anyway.
After waiting a long time, I never received the refund. The first time I asked, the seller lied, saying the payment had already been sent. When I followed up again, they said I needed to wait eight business days for a response. After that, they simply stopped replying altogether.
This seller is completely dishonest and unreliable. Be careful if you’re considering buying from them — they do not stand behind their promises or their products.

Dose not follow Ebay policy's
I made a purchase on their Ebay store i then needed to cancel the order because the product would not have been sufficient for the job. They agreed to refund my money but to date they haven't followed Ebay policy's regarding cancellation requests. I contacted Ebay regarding this and was informed seller was in violation of Ebay policy's and the Ebay customer service officer made a report against this seller. Still waiting on my refund seller is still not following correct policy's will be contacting Ebay again tomorrow to inform them of this seller's continued violations. I will get my refund because I know Ebay will refund but hopefully they will also restrict seller or even permanent ban as sell has over 140 Negative feedback.
After several messages with same excuses I finally had enough of this absolutely disgusting excuses for a seller, I said I was going to contact Ebay tomorrow and get them involved. Wouldn't you know they actually followed correct policy and refunded my money. This seller is a scammer and needs to be closed down.

Box arrived looking like they played football with the heavy box. NO SCREWS AT ALL. UNABLE TO PUT TOGETHER WITHOUT SCREWS!

A crucial part was missing from a sideboard I ordered. After I informed them of the missing piece they informed me that the item was out of stock and offered a small amount as a coupon, an even smaller amount as a refund or to return the item that I had already constructed and painted and return it to them. I accepted refund but I am disgusted at the amount and very little at rectifying the issue.
22/09/25 - vida reached out to me personally and offered extra on my refund. I am happier with the compensation and the wonderful exchange I had with their customer care team. They were very prompt and very helpful.

Terrible and horrendous experience…
Terrible and horrendous experience buying and trying to return items to this company.
AVOID the low quality items and horrendously bot driven customer service. Bought 6 items and returned 5 as per their returns policy. Took 75 emails, three attempts for return before they denied the items were picked up using their courier service. I just gave up on dealing with this company. Save your money and use a company with actual customer service.

Large aviary
The ordering process was easy. The communication regarding delivery was a little hit and miss. After purchase emails to vidaXL were always answered promptly.
The aviary I purchased is a good size and came with everything, although the mesh is a little thin, so I replaced that with a heavier gauge.

VidaXL reached out and their 'after care' service is great.

The worst
The worst! Product looked way worse than the pictures and coulsnt even be constructed. Huge gouge marks out of the wood where its supposed to slot together. Big cracks through iy , splinters nd bits of wood hanging off it. I got splinters just tryingntoninpack it. This was $300 for 2 wood bench stools so not even that cheap. Bought through big w australia market place so thought i could return it there. Nope. Big w managee said they get alot of complaints re this company . Took months to sort out a return as the product was unsafe. They wanted to charge me for return cost aswell after already paying for deluvery which against aust consumer law. Eventually got it collected for return. Collection service said all they donit collect this companies stuff to return , and she said they are really bad. Im still waiting for my refund after constant emails for months.
Reply from vidaXL: they said they couldnt find my order info so cant respond. What a joke. Its a big scam company. They offered me $25 to setle my complaint. Ive spent $300 plus months of teying to reolve this. All you will speak to is bots. Never again!!!

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were actually returning customers for their raised garden beds. We have assembled 6 of their raised beds prior to ordering an extra one. Unfortunately, this time, they sent us parts with the wrong dimensions and some missing parts as well. We were hoping to get it exchanged - obviously, we wanted to get what we ordered. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. After sending them everything they requested for, they just went around in circles, NEVER acknowledged that they indeed sent us the wrong item. Even made us look like we didn’t know how to measure it correctly. In fact, they seem to not know their products well enough! We were going around in circles - for a whole week. They only offered a very minimal partial refund… OR… we return it and they’ll refund us BUT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN COST EVEN THOUGH IT’S THEIR MISTAKE! How is that fair?! In the end, we didn’t want to deal with them anymore, and we just settled for the minimal partial refund. This will be our last purchase from them, and we definitely do not recommend this company.

My sister gifted me an outdoor setting…
My sister gifted me an outdoor setting from vidaXL and it is missing 3 parts as they doubled up on wrong parts. I made contact with them on 3 September 2025 and they keep messing me around saying they are sending it onto correct department with nothing back. I have sent about 5 emails with nothing back they are a joke and will never ever recommend them to anyone

The customer care is the best I’ve…
The customer care is the best I’ve encountered, no doubts. They are prompt professional and flexible, exactly as one would hope and expect. The problems with the product I bought were addressed fairly and quickly with a total refund given no questions asked once I supplied photos of the problems with the product. Knowing that they are so good to deal with means I’m not concerned about purchasing stuff from VidaXL again!

Very poor quality product
Firstly I accidentally ordered the incorrect product, when I contacted support they were not able to cancel the order despite it not being dispatched yet. I ordered the correct product, when it arrived I am very disappointed with the quality, parts are not fitted correctly, some not fitted at all. The product is effectively very expensive firewood
