The video cut out 3 times. However the doctor then called me and was very helpful. The connection is the only reason I am not providing 5 stars.

So sorry to hear the video consult was not a success! We do try our best to provide the highest standard for every patient that our doctors see but unfortunately on a very rare occasion this is not possible. We are so glad to hear that you were able to finish the consult over the phone with the doctor but understand that this may not have been ideal. I thought it was amazing
I thought it was amazing. First of all the app is so easy to access and I wasn’t even 10 mins on the phone with the doctor, less than an hour later I got a text saying my prescription was ready! It was so quick and so easy

I had to contact video doc as i had an infection in my eye. i found them very prompt and helpful. Had my prescription to my chemist within a couple of hours. so all in all an excellent service and all from my own home

Very fast and efficient service
Very fast and efficient service. I got to see a doctor straight away and the medication I needed was ready in my local pharmacy within an hour of my consultation. Highly recommended this service.

First time using VideoDoc...I hate going to doctors ! I would not hesitate to use this service again. The doctor was such a pleasant, friendly, professional gentleman and put me at ease straight away.
My prescription was sent immediately to my local pharmacy and it was there waiting for me to collect within the hour ! Stress free wonderful service. My son also had the same experience just an hour before hand. 2 very happy service users 😊👍
