Whilst we cannot discuss specific account details in a public forum, we would like to clarify that our agreements set out the campaign duration, cancellation provisions, and payment obligations. Where concerns regarding screen availability or downtime are raised, these are reviewed and addressed in line with the terms of the agreement, with the aim of ensuring customers receive the advertising exposure contracted for.

We are disappointed that you feel the campaign did not deliver the value you had hoped for and that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome.
