You really can sell your house for £150! The ability to edit your advert whenever, with immediate effect, was very useful. You get the advert onto all the major sites, which is all you need, no expensive agent involved.

Don't book a viewing pack with them. They're fine for advertising as you pretty much do everything yourself anyway but absolutely do not book a viewing pack. We paid £335 for unlimited viewings and spent lots of time chasing them because they didn't book any of the that viewings we requested, when they finally did, they were booked in only 15 minute slots all on the same day - I could have paid only £99 for a block booking on one day if I wanted that. When I asked for a partial refund so that I only paid for what they had provided they said no. Also the process of getting the keys to them was dodgy to say the least. It took them days to send us instructions as to how to send them, then it was just to some residental address

I have only ever used Visum since I've been letting houses. They provide a great service which is good value and very efficient. Well done Visum!

We have been using Visum since they started a decade ago and thoroughly recommend them. The leads they supply are good and Visum have continued to update their site to provide useful extras such as referencing and the contract.

Have used many times before. Advert goes live exceptionally quickly and you have total control over what's published. Bit fiddly now with the whole GDPR compliance but hasn't appeared to put prospective tenants off.

This is the most cost effective way of selling or letting your property. If you are confident and knowledgeable enough to do basically what an estate agent does, then why pay their prices. I would use Visum every time. I’ve used Visum for renting a couple of times and for selling. The best part is that you are in control, you see all the enquiries and can respond within minutes via email. Same end results for minimal costs.
