Almost impossible to return anything.
Costs a fortune if you do, I’ve been quoted £89 to return shirts and top!!
Takes weeks to receive order and no free returns option to exchange so avoid unless you want to spend hundreds

Useless customer service!!! Have been trying to contact them for weeks to get a refund for the items and no response... literally sending 2 emails per day and still no answer... also the delivery itself took months...
DEFINITELY WILL NOT BUY anything from them again!! Impossible to deal with..

I just wanted to do a review to reassure anyone who has placed an order.

Like me, I placed an order at the end of April, after a few weeks of not hearing anything I googled reviews and came across this trust pilot which does not paint a very good picture of the company.

I received my order today. When I placed the order fine print underneath which I didn’t read properly stated that the order would be dispatched at the end of May.

True to their word, the order was dispatched in the timeframe specified and I received the order today. My item is absolutely beautiful. The quality is fantastic and I have no intentions of returning the items, so I cannot offer any comment on their returns process, however, I wanted to reassure anybody who has placed an order that you will receive it but it might take some time.

I would still buy from them again because their items are beautiful and live up to the beautiful photographs on their Instagram. Just be aware of the timeframe, when ordering and my advice would be to be careful with sizing, and selection so that you don’t need to return.

If I could give less than a star I would, avoid at all costs!! They changed the shipping date 3 times without as much as an explanation and only shipped when I decided to block the payment with PayPal and asked for my money back. Do not recommend at all, if you really like the dresses buy from resellers. Wrong? yeah, but I don't feel bad for them

So unprofessional, waiting for almoat two months with NO INFORMATION on my order.

I placed an order on the 4th May & it still has not arrived. It is the 25th May today. I paid for express delivery so it should have been delivered within 5-7 days. It is now 19 days since the order.
I’ve tried to cancel the order but they said it had been dispatched, it had not.
I’ve emailed them 7 times but have had only one response. They have stopped communicating at all now.
So disappointed with this company they used to be very good.
Please stay away from this site/company it’s very stressful.
I’m not even sure if they are still functioning as a company anymore & are closing down!!!

Do not order from them unless you want to keep the staff that you ordered. I placed order for £ 280 and they arrived 2 months after- that was not the biggest issue. The biggest one is I am now quoted £45 for the return that I have to pay as clothes that I ordered were too small, I cannot even get into them, not to mention that I have to pay for the delivery, and when I emailed them twice- still no reply from them. Never ever am I going to buy from them, and please don’t be fooled like I was. I was their customer for years, and had to return before, but not as high as this- which has to be shipped in UAE, but before was in UK. Speechless- the companies like this which already charge so much for their clothes anyway should not exist

I honestly thought I had just lost my money—ordered on March 29th and nothing arrived until May 22nd! That said, the dress and the linen shirt and shorts set I ordered are absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures.

They definitely need to improve their delivery times and stick to the pre-order dates they promise. Email replies are also quite slow. However, I did accidentally order the wrong size, and when I emailed them, I received a helpful reply offering a refund within 12 hours, which was a pleasant surprise.

One thing to note: returns are to Dubai, so unless you're ready to deal with that hassle, you should be prepared to keep whatever you order.

Overall, I have mixed feelings. The clothes are gorgeous, but the uncertainty and long wait times make me hesitant to order again.

HORRENDOUS! If you live in the UK, do not order from this brand. I placed order back in March in the amount of around £200 - I waited weeks and weeks and it finally arrived at the end of April. Nice-ish quality linen items but not nice enough to justify the price tag. Returns are to a Dubai address at your own cost. Given the extent of the advertising in the UK, you would think they would be able to get in line with the returns processes of most other online retailers. Return was paid for by me (painful) and sent back to Dubai - I have chased multiple times for confirmation that it has arrived back with them and to enquire about my refund. Still no response at the end of May. Disgusting and complete waste of my £200 that I will probably never see again.

I waited over 6 weeks for the dress, which, when it came, was too small. So, I wanted to return it and exchange it. However, shipping from the UK to Dubai would cost me £70 as they will not honour return shipping. Awful customer service! Will not be ordering again from them

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received or heard anything from them. I have requested a refund multiple times which they keep rejecting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

atrocious customer service, poor communication and you wait 6-7 weeks for clothes to arrive.. then only have 7 days to make a return so when you are away and can’t open the package.. they don’t offer any leeway. Awful experience🤬

Do not order from this site!
Orders take forever to deliver, returns have to be sent back to DUBAI within 7 days which is impossible.
They never respond to you, it’s an absolute scam.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. AVOID. Disgusting customer service, they take your money and don’t resolve issues with your order and intentionally delay their email response until this passes their 7 day return period and then they let you know that your time to return is over. Wish I had read these reviews.

I will never order from their website again. I ordered a dress, and after 2 emails and 2 months, the dress eventually arrived.
The dress was the wrong size, and when I went to return it after 8 days, they told me I was past my return date.
They only allow 7 days to return an item!!!!

I emailed their customer service to explain that I waited over 2 months for the dress, and I wanted to exchange it for another size. They would not accommodate my request.
I will not be a returning customer!!

If I could leave 0/5 I would. I have had a terrible experience with Vita Grace. I placed an order on 11th April and was advised at the time it would be dispatched the following week. Three weeks later, there was still no sign of it and I had to chase the company for an update several times.

I decided to size up when I ordered the dress - I'm always sceptical about newer online brands having odd sizing. I'm a very comfortable UK 10 and ordered a medium (equivalent to UK 12) which should have been plenty big enough. When the dress finally arrived, it was TINY. I would say barely a UK size 8.

Sadly I am now stuck with a dress that does not fit because Vita Grace do not pay for returns. If I would like to return it, I've been told I will have to fork out £70 for postage to Dubai.

Save your money, don't order from them. This company is a total scam and their customer service is dire.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering from this terrible company. I ordered 5 items, one of which was on pre order for delivery in 4 weeks. I assumed they would sent me the in stock items immediately - but no - everything gets sent out with the item on pre order! After 4 weeks when the pre order date had passed, I chased up customer services, who lied through their teeth about the order date, stating that all of the items were pre order (they weren’t, I took screenshots of the order when I placed it, and it clearly show some item in pre order). They then confirmed that the order would be delivered in another 2-3 weeks!

When the parcel finally arrived after 7 weeks, the dresses were all beautiful, but one of them didn’t have a security ribbon on it, and 2 of them were far too big. I tried to process a return 4 days after delivery (their returns policy only allows returns within 7 days after delivery) to discover that the returns portal had locked me out, and my returns period had expired.

I emailed customer support, who took a week to respond, and they refused the return because the 7 day period had elapsed. I wrote to them again, pointed out that they can’t count, and provided DHL receipts proving the delivery date, and screenshots of their own portal showing the date they locked me out.

They took another week to respond and begrudgingly allowed the return, but told me they would not accept the item that was delivered without the security ribbon - even though it was their mistake. They also stated that returns can only be sent via FedEx or DHL express, and parcels have to be sent to their Dubai warehouse! DHL quoted £168 to return the 2 items to Dubai from the UK. Vita Grace customer support told me it wasn’t their problem and I’m responsible for the returns cost.

It makes no sense to spend that amount on returns, and I suspect from the other reviews that I won’t receive a refund from them anyway. I will never shop with this company again. They’re incredibly dishonest with dubious business practices.

Possibly a Fraudulent Company
I placed an order with this company on March 15, and as of now – nearly two months later – my order has still not been delivered. The company has no phone number or physical address, only an email and Instagram account. When you email, it takes 5–7 days to get a generic response from "JESS the customer service department" saying they will “check with the team”.

This site is rediculous and im going to send them in front of justice. They bully us and our money, no more notices from them since my order was done. Never in my life bying to them and horrible reviews by my part

I cancelled my order via email within minutes of ordering after seeing these reviews, and an employee confirmed my order had been cancelled- I’ve still been charged & nobody will respond to my emails for a refund. Down £550 this is ridiculous
