I’ve been dealing with Vita Grace for over 2 months, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

My original order was delayed for weeks with almost no updates. Then it was suddenly cancelled and replaced with a store voucher — without my consent. I placed a new order using that voucher, only to be told later that the items are “pre-order”, even though the stated dispatch date had already passed.

Throughout the entire process, the explanations kept changing: delays, then “dispatch”, then “on hold”, then “pre-order”. At no point was there clear or consistent information, tracking details, or accountability.

Customer support is slow and provides vague, template-like responses that don’t actually resolve anything.

To make things worse, I kept receiving promotional emails offering discounts on the same items I had already paid for while still waiting for my order.

I genuinely regret not reading the reviews about this company beforehand — it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Overall, this experience feels highly disorganized and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over six weeks have passed since I placed my order and they didn’t even ship, when I contacted them for a refund they said it was too late as was already in dispatch yet it was not shipped and wasnt shipped until two weeks after I was emailing them constantly to cancel it since weeks had passed since I had ordered it. Completely ignored what I wrote in any email a horrible horrible company and I would like to report them for stealing my money.

Dealing with Vita Grace the past 4 weeks has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered an outfit on March 2nd and still have not received it (8 weeks later). I continually asked for my order to be canceled and they would not accommodate it and pretended like it was fulfillments issue. I finally received an email last Friday the 17th of April to say it has been sent via DHL and totally got the ultimate cherry on top to say it wont be delivered until May 1st, 2 full weeks even though on their website its states 2-5 days. no apology, no refund, and no customer service phone number to call, which now is obvious why! beautiful clothes, disgusting service.. never shop with Vita Grace!!!

Absolut scam!
I ordered a dress and quickly realised I made a mistake. I checked the policies and it says I can contact them within 24 hours to cancel the order. I wrote them an email within a few hours of my order however I only got a reply 3 days later saying that they will look into it. 7 days later no reply. I sent them an email but got only a reply within days that they checked and unfortunately they already started to process the order. 2 weeks later, the dress is still there and no updates. The customer service is absolutely bad, they do not follow their own policies and delivery timelines. The dress should have been here by now one week ago if everything was according to their web site. Avoid this seller

Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen.

Ich habe meine Bestellung genau nach den Rückgabebedingungen zurückgeschickt, DHL mit Sendungsverfolgung genutzt, alles korrekt ausgefüllt und sogar rund 30 Euro für den Rückversand nach Dubai bezahlt.

Das Paket ist im Zielland angekommen und es wurde ein Zustellversuch gemacht. Dieser Zustellversuch fand aber an einem Sonntag statt, obwohl der Shop selbst später geschrieben hat, dass dort nur von Montag bis Samstag jemand da ist. Dafür kann ich nichts. Ich habe weder den Zustelltag bestimmt noch irgendeine Möglichkeit, aus Deutschland die Zustellung in Dubai zu steuern.

Trotzdem wurde ich immer wieder aufgefordert, mich selbst um den lokalen Kurier in Dubai zu kümmern. Das ist einfach absurd. Wenn ich den dortigen Trackinglink öffne, erscheint nur Error. Ich kann also faktisch gar nichts veranlassen. Trotzdem wird so getan, als wäre das mein Problem.

Ich habe alles gemacht, was ich machen konnte. Ich habe korrekt zurückgesendet, alle Nachweise geschickt, mehrfach geschrieben und trotzdem keine Rückerstattung bekommen.

Besonders dreist ist, dass selbst PayPal hier nicht geholfen hat, weil der Fall am Ende falsch eingeordnet wurde. Man steht also trotz Nachweisen und korrekter Rücksendung am Ende ohne Hilfe da.

Für mich wirkt dieser Shop absolut unprofessionell und nicht kundenorientiert. Verantwortung wird komplett auf den Kunden abgewälzt, selbst wenn der Fehler ganz offensichtlich nicht beim Kunden liegt.

Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen und kann wirklich nur jedem davon abraten.

I receive a dress that was way too small for its stated size. As exchanges are not offered I applied for a refund and filled in the online application through their returns portal . To complete the process I HAD to enter a tracking number which I duly did after returning it (£30) via Royal Mail. I got a conformation email saying my return had been registered but would NOT be processed if you had chosen to send via Royal Mail. NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE RETURNS PORTAL This is totally unfair and speaks of fraud . So I’ve wasted £250 . How on earth can this be legal ?

This company seems to be somewhat of a scam. Have been trying to communicate with customer support and they just don't respond for weeks on end. Have had ENDLESS issues with my order, it's almost comical at this point.

The most appalling brand. They should be embarrassed by their lack of basic customer service skills. I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent brand. Never buy from them!

I placed an order through the website a month ago and it hasn't shipped yet! I thought you were a reputable company!! and you are making fun of me via email.

Order an outfit , no details of when dispatched , no emails back from them , I wish I hadn’t of order now as I know it’s going to be forever before to get it , do not use this site

I ordered a dress £175 February 23rd and had email confirmation dispatch 5-7working days then I emailed on 4th March to be told dispatch would be 11th March but as of 19th March still no dispatch, I have emailed them to cancel order and kindly refund… but no response….avoid!!

I was hopeful ordering from vita grace as some reviews stated that they do take there time but the outfits always arrive.

I ordered on the 24/02/2026. Upon ordering I emailed the support line to discuss a shipping date which they advised the despatch date would be on the 12/03/2026.

I noticed yesterday I did not receive any email notifications regarding my item so I reached out again to be advised the following:

‘We're experiencing some backlog this week due to a higher than usual demand, we are working hard to rectify any delays occurring and hope to be running on time within the next 7 days. I've checked your order specifically and can see its due to dispatch 20th March. We sincerely apologise for the wait and thank you kindly for your patience.’

If your like me and have a positive outlook and don’t mind waiting, please dont fall a trap to the odd positive review.

I’m now £230 down with no outfit to wear in time for my event.

No reply
No communication
I ask for cancellation and refund due to delay they refused and said dispatch mood and when I ask to give information about shipment they never answe

This is a scam website. I ordered a jacket, it didn't come for months, and when it came it was XL in size but with a label of xsmall. I tried to return it on the same day of receiving it but the website wouldnt allow me to submit the return despite saying I had a certain amount of days to return. I tried to email them and had no response.

Scam. They sent me the product but too late. I didn't even accept it and send it back expecting a refund due to the massive delay.

They then told me it was an "unauthorised return" despite not even receiving the parcel and gave me a voucher in bloody AED instead of Euros (currency I used) and also took around 30 € as a penalty for not accepting the parcel OUT OF THEIR DELIVERY TIMES.

It was too late for me to use the dress, since it was acquired for an event and I had to buy another one due to their delay.

I didn't check trustpilot before buying, but I will definitely do it next time.

Do not give these scammers a single cent/penny of your money of you can say goodbye to it. I am not asking my bank to claim it back, but it's gonna be though...

Terrible shipping times, 0 responses from hello@vitagrace emails.

So many terms with there returns procedure and policy yet they can’t ship any sooner than 7 weeks!

No customer help or assistance.

A very disappointing brand and service

Be prepared to loose what ever you’ve paid and check companies house for the current situation

Delivery dates are crazy it stated on my orders 10-12 days its been over one month.

I wish I read reviews on this company before purchasing. After this experience, I will be doing this always!!!!

Ordered 2 dresses that took a month to arrive and I no longer needed them, tried to cancel and they said they couldn’t cancel as it was to be dispatched in a few days time. Customer service is not helpful what so ever. It is almost impossible to create a returns online yourself, I am
Now stuck with these dresses. Their returns policy makes no sense either.

AWFUL!!! Terrible customer service. Shipping dates pushed back. I’ve just been advised when I do receive my order I cannot return it as I used there discount code! I am trying via PayPal to get my money back but due to them being in the UAE I’m not hopeful.
