Terrible customer service and sneaky returns policy. Product is bad quality especially for the price paid and very ill fitting. Would definitely not recommend!! Would give zero stars if I could!

If I could give no stars I would. Very very cheap products for very high prices and a sneaky 7 day returns period, so not following 14 day returns policy.
Not willing to help after items were delivered, please do not order from here.

Not great quality. Expensive and took a long time to receive. Sizing was smaller by at least 2 sizes.

If I could give ZERO out of five, I would.
I ordered a load of clothes from VG. A few days later there was a 30% off offer so I requested to receive the discount rather than return and reorder. My request was refused so I returned what I had ordered via UK tracked post office. The order amounted to £800 but I never received any refund as VG claimed they never received my return. I will never order anything from this company again and profoundly advise others to steer well clear!

Absolutelly not worth the price, because of the quality of the material and sizing, which is at least 2 sizes smaller than International/European. Besides, they have so many exceptions for the return. Read carefully before ordering.

Awful. Returned items to Dubai at my own expense as they arrived a month late. Still chasing a refund 2 months after ordering. Had to dispute via my credit card. Avoid.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Vita Grace operates in the UK but hides behind its own policies to dodge accountability. My order arrived a full month late, well beyond the agreed date. I cancelled before dispatch, exactly as any decent company would respect when delivery deadlines are missed. They ignored that, hid behind a meaningless 24-hour cancellation policy, and shipped the items anyway.

When I tried to return them, they refused again, quoting their “no returns” policy. That policy means nothing when the delay is their fault — they simply don’t care. They exploit customers, refuse to take responsibility, and profit from unfair terms.

Every person who reads this: do not buy from them. You will lose your money, your time, and your patience. They deserve every ounce of the bad reputation they’ve earned.

I would be very cautious buying clothes from Vita Grace. I bought a dress from their outlet sale in a size 10. It was the same dress and size I had bought my daughter, so I knew it would fit. When it came it was too small, smaller than my daughters. They do not return on sale items. I emailed Vita Grace customer service. They sent me the measurements for a size 10 that were bigger than the measurements of my dress, which i proved with photos. They have refused to deal with the issue and are now ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The clothes that are very expensive. Don’t trust the sizing or the customer service. Complete disappointment.

Cancelled my order within an hour of placing of which they confirmed as cancelled over 2 weeks and still waiting for my refund

Unbelievably bad company - I went through the whole hassle of sending back some clothing - DHL only and it was a nightmare for them to even locate the building. No information on how to return (or any returns note info) from Vita Grace with the order - and over a month later I still have no response and no refund

Criminals - avoid at all costs! They never delivered my clothing, refusing to refund and instead have issued me a gift card for less than the value of my order which they failed to deliver. They are breaching consumer rights laws in the UK and the UAE and ultimately this is theft. I haven’t heard back from them in weeks and I’m planning on reporting them to the police and regulators. I suggest everyone does the same to shut down this company for good

Ordered a dress, it’s was terrible fabric and didn’t fit how a size 8 should. Then to be told it couldn’t be return even though it was in the 5-7 days from delivery. Real scan company.

Avoid at all cost!!
I ordered £500 worth of dresses to be told I am unable to return them due to them being in the sale.
It only states this in small print on their website, now I’m stuck with all these dresses and unable to return.
The one dress I paid full price for I could send back however due to them only excepting FEDEX or DHL return it would cost me £125 to return back to Dubai and the dress cost £140!
Absolute scam of a company!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I discovered today that to return an item purchased, you have to ship it to Dubai (no warehouse in EU). Not a serious ecommerce.

Ordered some shoes, that took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, they do not fit, they are a bad design and slip off, not wearable at all.

Went on to return them and the product is not returnable. How is that even legal. Would NEVER order from this company again.

How are they still trading and conning people?

Very bad company. If you buy item on sale- they don’t want to refund. Also takes ages to be delivered- for me it was 3 weeks. Quality of materials used- very poor!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible company. After considerable delay, they claim they couldn’t canc my order, even though it had not been dispatched. When it arrived the items were poor quality and though they advised me by email to return them, when I went onto the return centre no items were eligible. Total con company. Avoid like the plague!!

Would never ever buy from this company again.

They refuse to accept returns on any items that have been discounted at all.

A total scam — I ordered a dress that took six weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I wasn’t 100% happy with it, so I returned it. I paid £70 to send it back, and they received it on the 14th of May, but I still haven’t received my refund. So disappointed — I would never order again!
