I travelled to Liverpool to attend a soccer match in Anfield.
I needed a wheelchair accessible taxi. As a wheelchair user you have extra worries that you have booked correct taxi etc
I booked Vito Taxi's to collect me & my family to and from Liverpool Airport to my hotel and also to transport me to and from Anfield for the game.
They are a fantastic company to deal with, both Tom & Mike are so professional & courteous in what they do.
They make everything so easy and effortless and there is nothing to worry about when using Vito Taxi's.
From start to finish they keep you informed with every step of your itinerary. They are very Punctual
They are so helpful with assistance both in and out of the vehicles also with your luggage.
Their pricing is broke down for you so you can easily understand the cost of each trip.

We were struggling to get a taxi for my Uncle who is in a wheelchair, after speaking to numerous companies. The last one I spoke to Tom went out of his way to help us. He managed to get us a taxi and he kept giving us updates until the taxi arrived. The driver was very helpfuland we arrived at our destination safely. I would highly recommend Vitotaxitransfer.

This is the best taxi service I have experienced with airport transfers.
The communication between us made my life easy I didn’t have to worry about anything especially when there is so much craziness happening with getting in and out of an airport. They made sure we was taken care of by offering bottled water to and from the airport. I can’t express enough just how much these guys are the best in the area and now we have found them we won’t be using any other company because we can be assured they will be there when we need picking up and no waiting around. I did my first trip solo out of the country in July of 2025, and I chose to make my arrangements from the airport to my hotel with Vito taxi service. I spoke to Mike from the beginning to the end of my journey with my transfer services. He was kind, if I needed anything I could easily text and ask him, good conversation, and gave me information on the history of Liverpool. He had taken me to the Liverpool cathedral, and we walked around together as he gave me a bit of history on the building, and let me view a few other things around the same area. If anyone is looking for a taxi service to get you around Liverpool, Vito taxi service is highly recommended. Mike seems like to be a great guy, and I will definitely use him again on my next trip to Liverpool. I appreciated everything he helped with.

The Mercedes was an immaculate 6 seater with plenty of space
