Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I’ve been left with a jacket where the sleeves are far too short. I have asked that they add sleeve length onto their descriptions so people are not caught out, but the website hasn’t changed yet. The customer service agent was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Amazing fashion forward brand
I have by now bought the large vegan shopper bag, some of the straps and the summer straw bag and have to say I love all of the products and have been wearing the shopper pretty much every day to work as fits my laptop and extra bits easily. I am about to buy their padded bag which looks amazing also. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Delivery to UK was super quick and easy! Raincoat is perfect and I get so many compliments whenever I wear it! So easy to throw the pouch in your bag for ‘just in case’ scenarios

I ordered a raincoat and a small padded bag in leopard print and the items arrived super quickly (I was actually surprised by how quick it was) in beautiful packaging. Also the shipping was free and no extra taxes etc. Items look even better than I thought after seeing them on insta. Would deffo order again.

Unsympathetic return policy
I ordered a raincoat and a hat. The coat was fine, but the hat (€ 39,-) was to small, so I wanted to return the item. Vivi Mari will deduct 18 euro's (!!!) of the refund, for a small, almost weightless package from the Netherlands to Germany, wich would normally cost € 8,50. What a scam.

Never arrived and that was 20th December 23
I ordered a beanie on 20th December and have never received it- they said there was an issue with the order and would resend it and have me a 20 euro gift card against future purchases- still not here, and no tracking!! I asked for a refund and they didn’t respond I am now going to have to go through my bank to get a refund for the item and recommend no one buys from them as I think it’s an IG scam.
I lost almost £50.

Really bad customer service!
I received the raincoat as a Christmas gift and wanted to return it as it's way too big and doesn't hang properly as it does on the models as advertised. You have a 14 day window in which you can return the item but that's quite impossible if it was bought before Christmas as a gift.
I wouldn't recommend buying this coat if you're on the short side. I now have to keep a coat that I will never wear.
Won't be buying from this website again.
