My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible, yet again. I’m not receiving emails from various clients. Vodien call centre told me I was incorrectly put on a basic server when I was paying for an enhanced product. They said they fixed the problem but I’m still not receiving selected emails. It is costing me real money. Plus every time I ring Vodien I’m on the phone at least an hour with no resolution. Having to use my private email as a workaround because I don’t have the time to go back to your terrible call centre.

MARION - Excellent
MARION was very very patient and an asset to Vodien. She waited till the DNS were nicely replicated, and kept checking on the progress. I was with her for a good 2 - 3 hours. And she was super patient throughout.

Not too bad but not too good . Chat response is fast.
Actaully, I have made two times livechat to request to upgrade my email plan. At first they have confirmed me their colleage will make a call to teach me upgrade, but they have not called me. Finally, I have to make 3rd on live chat on 2/9 , their colleague send me the link at once to arrange payment in the same time

Vodien staff crashed my website twice
Vodien staff crashed my website twice. Once by downloading a backup (while I am on the phone with them) overwhelming my data limit & another time when they updated the php without connecting to SQL. The staff said their server went down & when I contacted another rep few days later, she said there was no such incident. And when I requested (5 times) for their management to call me, they just refused to do so. After waiting for more than a month, & numerous emails, I have no choice but to bring it here: let’s see if their management will take accountability. I’ll update again if & when I hear from someone in a responsible position. I do believe in giving companies a chance to improve, just in case there’s a miscommunication, esp since Vodien was a local start up.

Have been trying to transfer a domain…
Have been trying to transfer a domain away from Vodien for more than 4 weeks. Spoke to them on their chat for an hour, after which they promised to email me with update didn't happen. Have now spoken to at least 4 people on their support email, who constantly push me to "help" pages that don't exist and don't follow up. They promise to elevate my issues but never do, and then we start the process again.
At the point where I am now losing business because of this and am considering legal action.
I never registered my domain name with Vodien, they bought the company I used.
Buyer beware!!
