Absolute disaster!
Absolute disaster!! When attempting to purchase products with money in my wallet, my login was not recognised so could not complete transaction. When attempting to send funds from my wallet to my bank account I was asked to verify my phone number with a code that was emailed to me. Clicked link in email and copy and pasted the token but always get invalid code. Monies currently stuck in wallet cannot make transactions or retrieve the cash. STEER CLEAR!
In response to Voguepays below reply. Your justification of my issues is complete twaddle. I tried, on several occasions, to verify my phone via token code, only minutes after receiving the code - not after the 30mins expiration. I even supplied screen shots to support@voguepay. I have had several communications with the support@voguepay over the last week and have not progressed any further. Support are as useful as a chocolate teapot! Voguepay do not even deserve the one star I gave in this review! It's a zero star service!! Yes, you are correct that my money is NOT stuck, it has been STOLEN! Scam artists!

But first, let me apologize for the series of odd experiences you had with our services.
Taking a closer look, here is what went wrong.
As a user of our payment service, you are required to verify your phone number. If you forget to do this, you won't be able to complete transactions.
We sent you an activation link for phone verification which expires in a 30-minute window as a security measure against fraud. Unfortunately, it appears you clicked it after this period.
This sums up the issue you experienced.
Our support is available to help with this issue. Can you send an email to support@voguepay.com, letting us know your username on voguepay ? You can also contact us on Facebook or Twitter.

I dont even have a clue what vogue pay is or how you even sign up for it. Yet o received letter in the mail from our bank that on May 19, 2018 Vogue Pay tried to process a payment of 327.15 and the bank denied it as fraudulent transaction and they cancelled my card. So I would beware they are trying to steal people's money!! Thank god our bank didn't let them.
