Very happy with the system and installation so far

The products performance is as I expected so far and I am happy with the after sales services of Voltx Energy staff. They rang me up if I have any issues to resolve and guide me how to set the inverter into consumption mode or custom mode. Just 2 weeks after installation, I already note that I will have a huge savings on my electric bills.

Very happy with my NeoVolt solar battery installation through Voltex Energy. The battery quality seems excellent, and the installation team was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

The only area for improvement would be communication between the different teams, as there were a few delays and follow-ups required. Overall, a very positive experience with Voltex Energy so far and I’m happy with the product and installation.

The NeoVolt battery that was installed by VoltX is working as expected and is neatly fixed to the side of the house. No complaints about the product, but there were a few hiccups with the installation. They gave me a date and time, I waited but nobody came. They then gave me a date a couple of months down the track. Then they tried to cancel my order because they couldn’t find an installer. When I complained, they found installers and installed it promptly. They did a neat job but left the cardboard and poly packaging behind. In summery though, now that it is running, I am glad I chose VoltX.

The VoltX team are very professional and the turn around from initial quote to installation was only a couple of weeks. The installers arrived right on time and put it all together in a few hours. They were courteous and efficient. Right out of the box it has saved money. The Solplanet app is easy to use and gives useful customisation of the settings. I wasn't going to get a battery because the quotes received from other suppliers were $12k plus. Copilot told me that, based on my figures, any system above $5k was not economical. I tried VoltX and 25kW fully installed was a no-brainer. With the Brighte (govt. no interest) loan over 10 years, it costs less than the electricity I'm saving. A no-brainer really. Highly recommend.
