Yolanda had read and understood my email so was able to answer my query immediatley.

Dosent work to slow drops out and this is only a week of hav8ng it suppose to have 940 download and around 900 upload cant even stream a movie or go online or game with out it cutting off

The engineers, Kyle and Gareth, arrived promptly on time. They discussed our preferences with regard to sightings and route of cable and were more than happy to oblige. A very pleasant and helpful pair. The installation went without any problems and they were more than willing to help us set up our devices.

I had Kyle and Gareth out today to install my voneus broadband, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend them.

Nomazo was very helpful in every way. Technical problem solved. Everything explained clearly. Rang back regularly at the agreed times.

Welcome (Voneus technical support) was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with my broadband fault. He went through the fault finding steps in a logical progression and talked me through what I needed to do from my end. The fault was fixed from Voneus’ end so got all sorted without needing a home visit.

Excellent service. Was helped by Nokwanda, who diligently got to the route of the problem and sorted it !

Had contact with this company a few years ago. Did not wish for their service, which was made clear. They started calling about just over a year ago. I informed I wasn't interested in them.My current broadband provider contract is coming to a close. Over the last week, I have had daily unsolicited phone calls from them. I have not answered any of the calls, but they have continued to contact me. Today, I called them, and hopefully they will no longer call me. The constant daily calls felt to be bordering on harassment. If people don't answer, after multiple calls, get the message that they're not interested.

Issue solved quickly but had issue understanding what said in phone call due to accent

I was getting a slower (wireless) connection than I was expecting. After contacting Voneus I was phoned by Adnah who had adjusted the settings and now the speed is as good as I was expecting. So this was a good response and good service.

The sign up was faultless, survey and installation done in a matter of days. Simon and Ethan did a great job and went the extra mile, so I didn’t have to have cables clipped along the driveway wall.

Matty and Owen worked efficiently, were friendly and respectful of the property. Thanks!

We first had a visit by the Field Sales Rep. Alfie Oliver who was extremely polite and came across as very experienced, clearly explaining the procedure. A few days later two engineers arrived, as arranged, both Matty & Owen did an extremely tidy job. Owen dealt with the outside line, which looks very neat & Matty dealt with the inside work. Again he was extremely polite, efficient & helpful. We would like to thank all three for their assistance.

Simon and Ethan are very friendly engineers respected our house and installation was quick and tidy
