Pearl was so helpful and knowledgeable. She sorted the issues I was experiencing quickly and professionally. Peral was very friendly to chat with and I felt like she really cared about getting my connectivity difficulties sorted. She read the email that I had sent carefully and worked through the 3 separate issues carefully. Excellent customer service, thank you :-)

Magnificent Andiswa…
Andiswa retreived voneus reputation in my eyes. I was not informed of my contract ending in march and payments went up. This was disapointing. But Andiswa sorted it out for me and got me a refund. I now have another 12 months contract. Andiswa was calm and helpful.

Andiswa saves Voneus from readdly bad press
Voneus is beng saved by great customer service.frankly I'm fed up with the constant outages and were I not tied into a crazy contract I'd simply leave
However Andiswa saved the day and dealt with me with great charm and efficieny. She clearly understands people calling customer sevrice are making a distress call and handled the call really well and solved the problem. Voneus are lucky to have her, but their attitude to customesr is frankly poor

Am a customer of Voneus was a customer of SWS and got transferred when Voneus took over. Service is now poor admittedly I only contact when there is a problem and live very rural. However this is day 4 of no service and all I get when I phone is a recording saying send a message, nothing on the website to explain the outage and no contact from anyone at Voneus.

My laptop wouldn't connect wirelessly to the internet, Nokwanda tried for over half an hour to get me reconnected, has I could only use an ethernet cable, all was working fine until the Sunday evening. She was very patient with me, but alas I couldn't resolve it. I am now going to get a friend who's a lot more computer literate than I

Paul Tong was professional and explained how Voneus worked. It was a big decision to change broadband provider as we were quite sceptical at first,but when we realised we were paying over the odds with our previous provider and how slow our broadband was,Paul talked us through how we could significantly benefit changing. Paul was very patient and talked us through the transition. We are now saving over £60 a month changing to Voneus. Within days, the engineers came and efficiently transferred our broadband with little fuss and upheaval. We now have superfast broadband and we are very happy with the service, and its significantly cheaper and much much better than our previous provider. I would thoroughly recommend Voneus. Great service and Paul was so helpful. Thank you Paul and Voneus.

First class service from Voneus
The speeds I’m getting are amazing but even better than that is the customer service.
I had a couple of issues and they were on it and sorted it very quickly.
Nokwanda was brilliant. Absolutely knew everything and resolved the problem there and then. Her technical knowledge was second to none.
Leroy Miranda was also very helpful and knew his stuff.
I would thoroughly recommend Voneus.
