The help desk and in particular Yolanda…
The help desk and in particular Yolanda we very good and she, Yolanda, persevered until things were sorted.
It would be beneficial if you could actually speak to someone from the tech department rather than trying to explain to someone who then had to explain to the tech dept and the answer had to come back the same way.
Sales reps should have a checklist to ensure everything was covered and not discovered later.

Change landline from BT to Voneus.
Andwisa on the Voneus help desk was friendly and patient as two 80 year olds struggled to change our landline from BT to Voneus. Once we found the right sockets and an adaptor which had arrived by post we completed the task with no problem.

Technology
I’m not very good with technology but the experience with Nonhle was great. Nonhile guided me through the process of getting my internet back on, it wasn’t difficult her experience delt with me perfectly she was very patient & knew exactly what the problem was. All sorted with her experience & excellent Customer Service

Voneus has an excellent Customer Service
We have been with Voneus for about 8 months and it is the first time our Broadband has been interupted. The lights on the router were not all showing so we rang Customer Service for help. Yolanda quickly answered our call was so polite very patient and ultra efficient in bringing our computer back in to service------- by correcting the router and guiding us to reconnect our Wi-fi. We are so grateful.

Yolanda went above and beyond
Yolanda went above and beyond, solving my issue today! She did more than I could ever expect. This is consistent for her since I had her service before when dealing with my neighbour's internet. I hope I get her if I ever need help again!

Timekeeping really good kept me…
Engineers Reece and Tom great at timekeeping rang to say they would be earlier due to an early appointment slot which had come up really good at communicating kept me informed of what was happening polite kind and understanding.

I spoke to John Coleman and he was very helpful and professional and I asked an awkward question he didnt have an answer for but admitted he was unsure and asked if he could get the relevant information and get back in touch with me which i believe is preferable to getting the wrong info on the spot.
