No communication and shady practices
I placed a £130 order with this company on 25th march and had a tracking update that "delivery failed, parcel being returned to sender at senders request". I have had no update or communication as to why this has happened or what is going to happen with the order.
I contacted their "help" email twice over 2 day and both days I got the response "we will verify the situation and get back to you" the same copy and pasted message with no further communication.
These were gifts for my partners birthday that is tomorrow and now I have nothing to give him.
I want a refund TODAY and if that doesn't come I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank and I have the proof that this parcel was sent back at the sender's request with no communication to me.
