Zero stars!! This is the most faulty product I've ever used in my life! I want to sue this company! I've been using this POS product for 5 years & I've been flushing my hard earned money down the toilet the whole time! The pods are always leaking straight out of the package or stop working halfway through or they taste burnt. The charger pens never work right either and often make the pods stop working too. I just bought a brand new pen and charger and it doesn't work at all and it killed the brand new pods and now of my other pens will charge!! I have hundreds of half used, broken pods. F U, RJ Reynolds! I'VE SUPPORTED YOUR BUSINESS FOR DECADES! But I'm going to sue you and I'm finally switching to a different company!

I have been a loyal monthly subscriber on vuse.com for nearly three years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After receiving defective pods, I promptly submitted all required documentation as requested. Despite this, and multiple assurances that my case was being “closely followed up on,” it has now been over a week with no response or resolution.
This lack of communication and accountability is part of a recurring pattern I’ve experienced with Vuse’s customer service team. I have effectively lost money on a faulty product and have been left without any meaningful update, reimbursement, or replacement.
This situation does not reflect the level of service I expect from a reputable company. I am now escalating my complaint and demand immediate action to resolve this issue.
Vuse needs to take responsibility and provide timely, effective support to its customers.

Bought these a couple times and gave them a go because they don’t add the other “harmful additives” in other vapes, the thing is, the taste is just so diluted and watered down, that flavour just isn’t there at all, I’ve tried the strawberry and blueberry and even bought new ones just to check they weren’t duds, but yeah they really aren’t good, very weak and bland taste, we really need slightly stronger and juicier tasting pulls/drags to be able to pull the punches otherwise nobody is going to buy them and even those that do, won’t return to buy more. Big shame, hopefully they’ll rectify this as I like they’re pledge but it just tastes so bad

DON’T BOTHER ORDERING FROM VUSE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WILL FIGHT TO GET IT BACK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER!!!! On the 28th of May 2025, I placed an order with Vuse for 20 Pods and 2 Vuse starter packs to preparation for an overseas trip that I was set to leave for 10 days later. This left more than enough time for Vuse to deliver my order within their 1-3 working days for shipping. While planning my trip, I noticed my order hadn't arrived and contacted Vuse on 5th June. I then tried to contact Vuse but when you call their number on the website, it goes through to BAT who don’t deal with the Vuse private online orders. The most they can do is take your details and get someone to call. The only good service I received was a quick phone call back from the service/ Vuse department. I was then informed that part of my order was out of stock, and it will be delivered when it comes back into stock. I advised that I was not notified of this and would prefer a refund because I needed the items by the next day the latest which they weren’t able to facilitate for even part of the order. They advised they will be in contact via email to get my banking details to process a refund. I told them I need the money asap as I now needed to go purchase the items from a physical store. By the end of that same day, I still didn’t receive an email requesting my banking details. The next day I received an email just confirming that my order was cancelled and I will receive another email requesting my banking details soon. As I had to plan and travel, I couldn’t focus on it for a few days. On the 10th June, I emailed them again WITH my banking details and NO response. Closer to the end of my time away I emailed them, this was the 20th June, 2 weeks after the first interaction. No response. I had other commitments to focus on upon my return and emailed again the 1st July. Again, no response. I only received an email on the 2nd July requesting my banking details which I had already sent them more than 3 weeks prior. In that email, while requesting my banking details, they also make it very clear that if I don’t respond in 5 days, I would need to start the refund process again (funny how they request we work on their time but keep customers waiting). I responded within 24 hours with my own timeline of 24 hours to make payment otherwise I will take further action, which of course didn’t happen. I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF AND NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YORU MONEY BUT WILL HANG ONTO FOR AS LONG AS IT SUITS THEM!!!!!!!!

I have been vaping golden tobacco since two years and i can say the quality is getting worse and worse over the time. All pods tastes different, some tastes burned, some leaking, some doesn't taste at all and some are clogged, you draw as hard as you can to get some vape and the pen gets hot after a couple of puffs. One out of 10 pods is enjoyable.
Right now on the shelf there is the lot manufactured august 24, the worse lot ever! Every time a new lot is coming out i hope for some improvement, hope they will bring back the quality of few years ago but in stead it gets worse and worse.
They advertise them self as number 1 vaping brand.....

Customer service was good, but the product stinks, unless you like drinking vape juice. I bought two pens and they both started leaking the juice directly into my mouth, which is a deeply unpleasant experience. Cartridges frequently broken and leaking in their packaging. Awful.

Be careful
I've been buying these for a long time and all of a sudden, they've started not working. They are still full of liquid and full battery, but when you pull on them it doesn't fire up, instead it just sends loads of metallic vapour down your throat. Which I suspect is the battery. This has happened three times now, I thought it was just something, like one in a million, chance. But now it's caused throat issues, I can't swallow, and it feels like it's burnt the inside of my throat.
So I've messaged vuse customer services and was told, even after given them all the details and batch numbers, videos of them not working, pictures and a deep description. They expect me to stay in from 9am to 5pm so they can pick up the default items. Then take them back and investigate, yet I don't want money or anything refund. It's not about that at all.
If you use these disposable devices I'd start to think again, as I will not be after what they expect when it's not my fault but I'm supposed to wait in all day. These are possibly poisonous when this default happens, so if you do use them be careful that it doesn't happen to yours and if it does stop using them immediately or you'll end up woth tonsillitis like symptoms.
After reading the reviews on here it seems it been an ongoing issue, so why hasn't it been addressed?

The Vuse Vapes are junk if you like wasting your money by all means send it to them if not at least give it to a charity then you know it's going to a good cause and when they say they're going to make it right they don't flat out liars I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy
