My product developed a problem with the blades, unfortunately they are not covered under the warranty. However Wahl replaced them free of charge. Highly recommend this company, they really do look after their customers.

Not what anyone would expect.
Purchased a REFURBISHED Detailer Cordless Trimmer and expected it to arrive in satisfactory condition: repaired/maintained and cleaned. Instead, the trimmer arrived with lots of black and ginger hair, no original box and no stand.
I decided to purchase another one to be able to compare and choose a better one to keep. Surprise, surprise… The next trimmer arrived in even worse condition: Hair all over the blade, no original box and no stand.
To say that I was flabbergasted is to say nothing!
I again wrote to customer services to explain the situation and to express my emotions. After receiving a reply, I realised that both emails sounded robotic and looked like a template that was being used by their customer services. So, if you think you are speaking to customer services - you are mistaken! Customers play no role in their business and for such reason, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WAHL AGAIN!

awesome clippers
had the aquablade beard trimmer for 5 years now, had to contact them because i dropped it and broke the blade, next day reply and next day delivery for the part, back working perfectly again. love the trimmers and have been great, battery lasts ages and they are still available new so easy for parts.

A Fine Example of what Customer Service Should be.
An excellent experience. I had a query and e-mailed customer services at 8.00 p.m. Hannah replied the next day and sorted everything out. The impression I received was that she cared the customer was happy and was willing to take the time to ensure this. Thank you Wahl and especially Hannah for the help you gave me.

Clip & Trim II Useless!
I recently purchased some Wahl Clip & Trim 11 hair clippers. My last Wahl clippers lasted 20yrs & performed perfectly throughout that time. These are useless. Despite my hair only being a number 1 in length, the clippers jammed.
My hopes weren't high when I saw Made in China. Unsurprisingly they are not fit for purpose.

Wahl. A company you can rely on
Wahl are one of those companies which are a rare breed these days. Customer service is second to none with a part ordered for a hair trimmer which was otherwise for the dustbin. Wahl sent a new part free of charge only postage cost to me which was easy to fit and gave new life to my old well used trimmer. Quality products, quality service.

First time excellence!
We have been using Wahl trimmers for many years, but this was first time we used their customer services and it was excellent. Prompt and efficient response by courteous Hannah, who very swiftly arranged replacement product due to battery problems. We can see from other reviews that number of customers have experienced same issue, which perhaps is something that Wahl should address, though it seems it’s just few bad apples so to speak. We are glad we’ve been using their products over the years though. To use a cliche, first time for everything. In this instance, excellent customer service almost makes you want their services more often, that’s how good they were! Other companies should take heed, perhaps: Wahl customer service is leading example not just dealing quickly, but following up and making sure the issues are fully resolved. Many thanks to Hannah and the team!

I cannot fault Wahl's excellent customer service. My Aqua Blade Wet/Dry Stubble & Beard Trimmer have worked great until recently. There was an issue with them retaining their charge. I contacted Wahl and sent them to be repaired/replaced. This was quick & easy and the turn around for getting the replacement trimmers back to me was done within the same week. Thank you Rebecca at Wahl for your wonderful help with this. Nick

Great customer service. Had issue with faulty deep tissue massager. 2 years old, no receipt .Customer service was very good and honored their 2 year warranty and replaced it with a new one within 3 days. Now that's customer service.
