Very good communication and Valuation was back within 24 hours

Paid for a level 2 survey and identified specific areas of concern. These were not addressed and my complaint was ignored. It came across as a case of “you’ve paid your money up front and now you’ll get what we want.

Never brought a house before and they made the whole situation easy for me. They were very fast with the survey. They answered all my questions that I had. The report came back so quickly and it covered everything that made the purchase of our new home a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend them

Made an enquiry on fees after seeing a recommendation on a local FB group. When I asked the estate agent if they could recommend a surveyor they suggested the same company. I sent the survey instruction on Friday afternoon, and received a call a little later to say an appointment was available the following Monday. The survey report was then received the day after on the Tuesday, exceeding the expected 3 business day turnaround. Hannah and Yvonne were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who came to survey our property was lovely.
There was clear communication regarding arrival time, and a confirmation phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
When he came he asked a few questions about our property, and explained clearly what he would be doing.
He was open and friendly, and very respectful as he looked around our house and garden.
We had a quick chat before he left.
He was so nice, efficient and thorough, I arranged for the same gentleman to carry out the survey on the property I was hoping to purchase.
Great communication too from the office staff.

Very detailed report including many things I hadn't even considered. They even did the survey a week sooner after I mentioned I had a short timeframe. The survey results were well laid out and easy to understand for me who'd come off of nightshift and was a bit out of it. Also incredibly reasonably priced, honestly can't think of a flaw. I'm very grateful for their services

When our house fell through and we were to a tight deadline to get a survey done on the new property, Walker Dunn pulled out all the stops. From asking for a survey on a Thursday to getting the survey done on the following Monday, then the next day the survey was available to us is a fantastic achievement.
