Jeremy gave us a few options and spent…
Jeremy gave us a few options and spent lots of time with us. He changed things and destinations a few times for us and it was no trouble. He did not hassle us when we needed time to think and he let us go back to him when we was ready. Our multi centre trip is now all booked and I can’t thank Jeremy and Wallmark enough for thier help.

Exceptional Customer Service
I am really pleased with this company .I dealt with a man called Alex who helped me to find a great holiday at a great price. I found him to be very professional and well mannered. Thailand trip…
We booked our family holiday to Thailand with Wallmark Holidays, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Zac guided us through every step, helping us navigate all the options — from flight times to connections between different parts of Thailand — with patience and expertise. He was always responsive, even on weekends, and it was clear he had our best interests at heart throughout. I’ve since recommended him to two other families who are now booking their own trips. I couldn’t recommend Zac and Wallmark Holidays highly enough.

The company Wallmark Holidays UK was the most efficient and the person I dealt with was called Alex and was the most helpful and courteous person who couldn't do enough for me. It was the first time I have ever booked a holiday on.line and at 80 years old wasn't looking forward to it but he helped me through it all the way and I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service .

Fantastic Guidance and Personalised Itinerary Planning thanks to Zac at Wallmark
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Zac at Wallmark Holidays while planning our trip to Thailand. Over the past few days, Zac has been incredibly patient and attentive, helping us shape the perfect itinerary across Phuket, Koh Lanta, Krabi and Bangkok.
He took the time to really understand the kind of trip we wanted – finding a great balance between organised excursions and free time to explore at our own pace. We also really appreciated his help in arranging private transfers between the airports and hotels, and guiding us through the details of adding baggage allowance for our internal flights.
Nothing ever felt too much trouble and communication has been excellent throughout. We feel very confident and excited for our trip thanks to his support. Highly recommend Zac and Wallmark Holidays!
