Great service, great product!

Uncomfortable. Customers services (there’s a joke) don’t respond to any of my emails and have requested refund or size change twice now with no response. Wasted a lot of money for inferior goods. Going to speak to the bank about raising a dispute.

These helped give me back my daily confidence. High absorbency, completely hidden underneath trousers. Are very happy with them.

The delivery was timely and the packing was very confidential. The boxers themselves are great to have for long hours at the job. I will be making more additions to my rotation.

The sizing is precisely what was described and they are very much like casual boxers in terms of feel. The stitching quality is good and they survive washing machine trials with utmost perfection.

The underwear is comfortable and fits well, but I expected slightly better performance based on the product description. Shipping was reasonable and the quality is decent overall.

The value of the multipack is, without a doubt, indisputable. It is of superior quality and the fabric is way softer in comparison to the other brands I have used.

I see a lot of negatives reviews, but I have been happy. Delays can happen, mine was delay but they explained why. It happens all the time. The underwear works for me, will order more soon.

Kept getting emails to say there was a delay to my order, but eventually received them. Tried one pair and the fit was good, but within 6 hours they were leaking all over the place, therefore they are certainly NOT leakproof.

but you had to email to get the return address which I copied from the policy only to get the following response

I rechecked the policy and I had used the correct address, but three times I emailed for the return address I got the same failure to deliver as shown above! This now appears to be a scam where you are sent cheap inferior goods and Walter-Underware are blocking any requests for returns so that they go beyond the 30 day period given in the policy and can then say you have missed the return period!
I regard this as a SCAM and certainly do not recommend anyone to buy from this company, maybe this is why they say they are closing down!

Order accepted and email received stating it is being despatched. I am now receiving daily emails that they are delaying transmitting the order to me. The bottom of their web home page shows several 5* reviews made to look as if they are through Trustpilot when from this page it is clear they are not. Beginning to feel that I will not be seeing my goods or my money.
PS. Product arrived and the size is larger than ordered. At £25 per pair this has clearly been an expensive mistake. Their advert claims the company is closing down - understandably as I will not be wasting any of my money again!
