The experience was outstanding. From time I placed my order. Communication was great. Delivery was done with out waiting too long. Walton treated me like their only customer. Thank you.

Price difference between online and instore.
The online purchase and delivery were great. What is extremely frustrating is the vast difference between online and instore prices for the same item. Sometimes Iprefer to visit a shop rather than ordering online, but the pricing instore is prohibitive.

Easy to order but paying was confusing as payment went through but email as received later stating that payment is still due?

Looking into this, it appears that two orders may have been created on the same day. One was completed successfully with payment going through, whilst the other remained on "pending payment" status. This can sometimes happen when going back to a cart or revisiting an order, and it would explain the email you received stating that payment was still due.

It was my very first time ordering something and being able to collect it on the same day. That service option was very convenient for me because it means our orders are processed with a sense of urgency. Being able to choose your pick up time gives you some time to make arrangements for pick up even on a busy or day. Thank you Waltons for the great experience.

Different colour product delivered
The picture on Waltons website was of a blue item. When it arrived, it was bright pink. While we opted to just keep it, it is still frustrating that it wasn't what we hoped to receive.
