The experience was outstanding. From time I placed my order. Communication was great. Delivery was done with out waiting too long. Walton treated me like their only customer. Thank you.

Different colour product delivered
The picture on Waltons website was of a blue item. When it arrived, it was bright pink. While we opted to just keep it, it is still frustrating that it wasn't what we hoped to receive.

For online credit card transactions, refunds take 21 working days from the day the goods are received at our distribution centre. This lead time is largely a result of bank processing time, which is outside of our direct control. Whilst we appreciate this isn't immediate, we want to be transparent about the timeframe so you know what to expect.
If you currently have a refund pending, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to check the status for you and ensure it's progressing as it should.
