14 day cooling period to which you can cancle your policy,which i did cancle and yet its gone way past 10days to recieve my refund which they still havent sorted!!!quick to take money but not pay it back

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Ilsa in particular ensured I had all my documents immediately, extremely efficient throughout. Would recommend using, warranty extremely comprehensive and appears to cover pretty much everything.

I recently had a 32.00 minutes call with Aneesah from Warranties UK, and I genuinely have to say they are 1000% cut out for customer service.

From their voice, tone and approach, they immediately came across as warm, professional and genuinely interested in helping. They managed to convince me after just one trial to sign up to 5-Year-Warranty but what impressed me most was how patiently they handled my many questions. They were informative, honest and, whenever they were unsure about something, they were comfortable saying so rather than pretending to know. That level of transparency really stood out to me.

Today is also my birthday, and Aneesah showed a lovely human side alongside their professionalism. That personal touch made the conversation feel less like a sales call and more like a genuine interaction with someone who cares about the customer experience.

Had issue with a car we had taken out on finance and I have to say John McLoughlin has been amazing with me from start to finish and has helped me through what seemed impossible before I rang him, originally rang up to say we had rejected a car due to it being faulty since having it and he has gone out of his way to make it a hassle free issue, he has dealt with everything I struggled with and made sure I was sorted out, he is a straight talker, who will go above and beyond for any customer and has proven that to me over the last couple of days! Could not recommend Warranties UK enough, I was very sceptical of them at first due to issue with a previous car but I’m honestly so glad we did take warranty out with them in the end. Thank you John for absolutely everything again.
