The installation of a Japanese toilet will puzzle some plumbers. Dealing with a UK based brand has been very helpful. They answered queries quickly. The product is excellent.

Ultra DR repair
Have had an Ultra DR for 3 years, recently it started to do its own thing and was not responing to the buttons or remote contol. Contacted Washloo customer service and had a prompt response from Karen who suggested it may be an electrical fault and requested we send it to them. Removed the seat and sent it back for repair on the Monday and got it back on Wednesday. Excellent service and cost very reasonable which include DHL next day pick up and return. They couldn't have done it any quicker,now back installed and working.
Hygienic and fun!
We wanted a Japanese washlet to put into our downstairs toilet but were unsure about buying without seeing. The guys at washloo have been thoroughly helpful from start to finish. We were able to visit and see exactly what we were buying before we ordered and when the plumber came to fit it they were super helpful on the phone.

Fantastic product - does exactly what it says on the box and provides the plus to personal hygiene. Easy to install, easy to use with great service and prompt delivery from Washloo.
Great product and delivery
Fast delivery, well packaged, smart toilet seat 'Classic' works as expected and instruction manual was accurate to allow pre-checks on toilet before purchase.
Only issue I had personally, was my hose attachment to the T-piece needed a few wraps of PTFE to stop weeping/drip.

I .My husband has PD & I have arthritis. Our washloo is not just a luxury toilet. It’s to us an essential . They are very easy to use and the staff in washloo are incredible Their aftercare is amazing. I would highly recommend this product.

This is my second Washloo
This is my second Washloo. I bought a model with a remote control a few years ago for my downstairs cloakroom. For my main bathroom, I spent four times as much money on a bidet/toilet with infra-red flush etc. A few weeks ago, after only about 3 years, it completely failed and I was quoted almost as much to replace the PCB as it would have cost to replace the whole thing. I decided to get rid of it and replace it with a modern, rimless wall hung pan and a Washloo as I had never experienced any problems with the first one. I went for the one with the integrated control panel as it means I don’t have to change batteries. I am delighted and wish I had done this in the first place. The Washloo means I use far less toilet paper and it keeps me much cleaner, which is why I bought the first one. I am 73 and one of the most common things that cause old fogey’s like me to end up in hospital is UTI’s. Hopefully, I will avoid putting even more pressure on the NHS. Oh, and it is so nice having a warm toilet seat!
