Fleur has been my contact when dealing with 2 watch sales. I made use of the managed service and my watches went to auction with my chosen reserve and sold as expected. Watch Collecting handled the logistics once I confirmed receipt of payment. I received the full sale price and there was no commission to pay. Great service that I would highly recommend.

Great service and the sale went through without any problems !!! The office in London was always there for advise and updates on how the auctions was going.

Been put off by some of the reviews on here along with Hold being put on my card for their commission despite me immediately being outbid.
Have had no response to my questions by mail or WhatApp other than a mail directing me to their ToCs - which basically says buyer can scam me and it’s not their problem…
Decided not to bid again :-/

Great deal on a watch from Watch Collecting. Lots of constructive communication with the team working hard to broker a sale on a watch I won, which had not quite reached reserve. A deal was done and all parties were happy. Would certainly use again.

I recently met Will from Watch Collecting at a Car Collecting coffee morning at Bicester Heritage. I'd brought with me my Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Squadra Chronograph in the hope I might be able to sell it. Will explained everything clearly and I opted for their managed service which meant I handed over my watch knowing everything from that point on would be taken care of. The process was easy and only a few days later after they had arranged all the photography my watch was up on their 7 day auction site with an agreed reserve. The watch subsequently sold above my reserve and throughout the process Will was in hand to keep he updated and provide advice when asked. Very pleased with the service and painless process.
