I've used Sam at Watch Concierge Services to sell a number of pieces in the past, always with good results and excellent customer service. This time around I just needed help shipping a high value watch that I had sold myself, although not particularly lucrative for Sam, she still delivered the same friendly and professional service. It meant my watch was shipped fully insured (not achievable via most couriers) and all packaged up without me having to worry about it. It's this kind of thing that makes Sam a true 'watch concierge' and not just any old seller. Always recommend.

I’d been looking for a particular watch for many months and was really pleased to find it in stock at Watch Concierge Services; Sam was incredibly helpful and reserved it for me right away and arranged for me to see it; it was in near perfect condition just as described and Sam had it pressure tested at short notice for piece of mind as I planned to take it on holiday. I could not have asked for more and would definitely buy from Sam again.

The watch is perfect. It arrived as described and was packaged and delivered professionally.

I had difficulties with a vintage watch and Sam managed to not only resolve the issue with the watch but did so in a timely manner keeping me updated on the progress on a regular basis.

I had some poor experiences with watch service in he past, then a work colleague recommended Sam. I sent her my Breitling flyback for service and repairs, we have experienced numerous delays with part supply, but, I was kept informed and reassured all the way.
I received my watch back and have been stunned at the New appearance of my watch, it was beyond all expectations, as new.

I have been hunting a Breitling Superocean 44 Special for about 18 months on & off. Initially after PVD one, I saw that Watch Concierge Services on Instagram had a steel one for sale with blue ceramic bezel & blue dial. About 3 1/2 years old, it looked in very good condition. After speaking with Sam, I managed to secure it with a deposit & got it today! A really smooth transaction The photos didn’t really do it justice. It’s in immaculate condition - with box & papers. The service from Sam is exemplary & I can’t recommend her or WCS highly enough. Sam has an excellent knowledge of watches and the watch industry that only enhances trust in her service.

The Delivery was on time and it was well packed with the item that I ordered in a great condition. Most importantly with a lovely letter. Thank you for that great experience.

Having recently worked with Sam at the Watch Concierge Services in the hunt for my new watch, I can testify just how professional and helpful she is. She curated a full day's shopping at all the best watch boutiques in London, whilst offering me advice and her keen insight. Having worked in the watch industry for years Sam's watch knowledge was a great help and led to negotiating a very acceptable price for my new timepiece. Sam even came back to London with me the day I picked up my new watch, truly providing a great service. I would definitely use her services again.

I first used Watch Concierge Services to repair a Swiss steel chronograph that had a perished crown seal in September 2018. It also needed a full service. WCS were able to undertake the work in less than 4 weeks (much less time than sending to Switzerland) at a competitive price. About 5-6 months later the watch wasn't holding power so went back under warranty for a check which resolved the issue. I've also used WCS to sell a ladies Cartier in May 2022 and service a vintage Omega Seamaster in the same month. Each request and transaction has been smooth and delivered professionally with confidence, trust and pro-activness.

I went to Sam for an engagement watch for my (then) fiance. She was super accommodating, knowledgeable and clearly passionate, and with her advice I found a beautiful watch which he loves!! My (now) husband is already following her social media! Highly recommend.

Sam managed the repair of my vintage Seiko bracelet watch strap. The strap was sadly unable to be repaired but she managed to source a replica that was even better than the original. Would absolutely use her to source a watch for me in the future.
