Great staff, advice and support buying plants for my first pond, would highly recommend, thank you.

Internet shopping usually means a quick turn around from order to delivery and this creates an expectation, but with Bennett’s it’s an 8 to 10 days window which to be fair they tell you on their website. Communication is excellent, but delivery is a bit pricey for a single plant The plant was well packed and in excellent condition. So on balance a good plant, well packed, safely delivered from a reputable company.

Prices and postage were very reasonable. Once posted it arrived the next day. Quality plants, all good no complaints whatsoever and would be happy to use Bennetts again.

My Water Lilly was delivered in good condition and well packaged. Very pleased with service and will be using Bennetts again if I need to to replace any of my plants.

The plants arrived very well packaged and looking healthy. Communication about where they were in the process was good although it was hard to know when ordered how long it would take to arrive (around a week). Would have been 5 stars if the waterlily planting up kit had a better set of instructions and was online too prior to purchase. Ended up looking it up on Gardeners world website. Am sure it's obvious if you have done it before!

Nice selection of medium sized water lilies and other plants for a smallish pond. Delivered welll packed and ready for planting.

I ordered my water lily for my new pond and within a week it arrived. It arrived in a sealed plastic bag with lovely wet roots. I also took the opportunity to buy the water basket at the same time. Planted out immediately and the two leaves are beginning to unfurl nicely.
The lily was reasonably priced and healthy and I would highly recommend buying from them

Reasonable price for the water lily I wanted in a kit with the planting basket and the compost. Wasn't in stock initially but pre-ordered and was kept informed on despatch date.
