the Lillie and hornwalt were in very good condition and have started growing within a couple of days
it was a shame the courier took 5 days to deliver them from notification of them ready to deliver

I ordered a water lily online, saw on the website that orders wouldn't be dispatched until a certain date which was fine, but was pleased to see this reiterated by way of a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. This gave me plenty of time to make sure I was ready to plant it straight away when it arrived and it arrived on time, like they said.

Great packaging, beautiful condition on arrival with a flower bud, no duckweed or algae attached to it. I expected the flower bud to wither and die due to the disruption of being taken out of the water and posted, but to my delight, it has stayed alive and opened this week, identical to the pictures online. Thank you so much.

Well packaged and arrived looking healthy. Only dropped a point as the delivery company had hold of the plant from Thurs-Tues before it was delivered. However the care from Bennetts was good. I called to check that would my plant still be ok due to delayed delivery and they assured me it would.

A very healthy plant was received and you can tell it was well looked after at the nursery. Communication was good regarding delivery. We'd use them again.
