Incredible Support

Reported an issue to Wavenet and - Lorna picked up the call and dealt with the issue, also notified me when the problem has been resolved.
Excellent service and quick respond.

Do not be fooled

I don't know where all these 5 stars are coming from because this is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.

Took them 2 months to reply to an email, did not support when our company phone lines dropped out and we had no phones for over 8 hours of trading.

The list is endless but honestly, do not believe the 5 stars, and avoid this company.

Emus Omamogho was helpful, quick, and managed to set us up with the tech solution that we needed when we were under significant time constraints, working with editors in different time zones. He came through for us. He reduced what would have been a very long, extensive headache into three emails and an activation. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I can't add 'Zero' stars.

Unfortunately I can't add 'Zero' stars.
The WORST company to deal with ever. Never answers the phone. They can't even contact Open Reach to do a line check on a failed internet connection. Our company internet has been down for 4 days and they have done nothing. At a cost of £10,000/hr to the business, they aren't interested. can't get through to support, don't answer tickets. just the worse.

Nathan was very helpful troubleshooting setting up Claude with Outlook in the UK, even though it seems less supported via Microsoft. It is very useful!
