What can I say?
It's the second time I have needed David's assistance. and he has been amazing. Proactive and following up even before I needed to. Fixed the IT issue I was experiencing and then followed up to ensure it was still fine. It is rare to get such excellent service.

A great company who do nothing but hit…
A great company who do nothing but hit our high expectations every time. The telephony product we use is excellent. We put it in place in 2021 - with faultless integration work from Wavenet - and not had a single fault with it since.
Special mention for Tom Grandy and Jake Sousa-Clachan as Account Managers, and Tracey Hudson and Gili Brazier in the Provisioning Team. They are polite, prompt and knowledgeable, acting with the utmost professionalism at every contact.
I recommend Wavenet as a telephony supplier without any hesitation.
