Staff were polite from the second they answered the phone. They were very empathetic to my situation. I was kept informed of the process and the cremation was dealt with dignity and respect. Payment process was simple and only 1 form to complete. I cannot find any fault with Waveney Memorial they exceeded by expectations. My uncles ashes were in a lovely box which I can now scatter. I can not thank you enough.

Attended a service to say farewell to a very close relative on Fri 19 Oct 2018. Wonderful setting and wonderful staff which made the moment that much more special coupled with a very warming civil celebrant who spoke so lovely and meaningful.

As a funeral director dealing with Waveney Crematorium I can honestly say that they are extremely helpful, professional, caring, nothing is too much trouble, the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure everything is finalised for the funeral is second to none. The Chapel is immaculate and the grounds are kept to a high standard. I would personally like to thank, Richard, Steve, Gillian and Rob for assisting me in making every funeral I have with them run as smooth as possible.

An incredible bunch of people who more than go out of their way to help in any way they can. They have enormous sensitivity, rapport and kindness. Nothing is too much and they genuinely want to help.
The memorial centre is a lovely place to go to and reflect. Beautifully laid out.

Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium in conjunction with Rosedale Funeral Directors provided excellent support for the cremation of our father. We saw no other members of the public save for one woman tending a plot. The atmosphere was kind and generous as well as tranquil. The architecture, proportions, colour and space were delightful. The timings were impeccable, dignity was paramount and our natural inclination to walk the gardens afterwards was rewarded by a place coming to terms with the dead humanely and graciously.

My husband had a direct cremation yesterday the 1st August. No fuss no stress. Just myself and daughter there first thing in the morning at 8.30. This is what he wanted. Not knowing what to expect I was more than happy with the service that the staff and also the undertaker gave to John and us. Calm blue sky sound of water from the fountain what more could one ask for. They deserve much more than 5 stars. Keep up the excellent work. I know where I will be going when it is my turn. See you then guys.
