Memoria Waveney Crematorium & Memorial Park Opiniones 

On behalf of the family of Josephine Dixon who we sadly lost recently, I would like to say that we were all immensely impressed and comforted by the surroundings, facilities and the staff of this beautiful crematorium. I find it hard to understand any criticism of this wonderful building or the service that was so graciously extended to all of my family and friends. My Mother would have loved the beautiful service that you allowed us to give her, for that and many other reasons I thank you from the bottom of my broken and painful heart. Even at this terrible time I felt the need to say how grateful we all are for your immaculate service. One sister came from Australia and another from America to say goodbye to their mother and I can tell they were both so impressed and shared their views with everyone when they returned home. Thank you once again, it was beautiful.

Respectful environment. Sombre yet light and pleasant. Beautiful flowers and extensive choice of entrance and exit music.

5 stars all the way every step of the way was dealt with effectively and compassionately . The service was ideal In a very welcoming environment. The professionalism of all staff was excellent and they really do connect with you on a kind yet professional level at a difficult time when you need all the guidance you can get . I have never liked cremation before as I've experienced a cold environment yet after using this company and venue my opinions have changed and I would recommend them strongly.

No crematorium is a nice place to be but this is set in beautiful grounds.
There are enough things to do when you have been bereaved. By choosing this crematorium and a good funeral director, many of your needs can be cleared up leaving you to grieve and tend to other matters.

sadly attended another service at Ellough.Again there were a considerable amount of people who could not get in the place due the the totally inadequate amount of seating.
This is not the first service I have attended here,and there is always people either standing in the foyer or outside.
I cannot understand why the place does not have more seating;If partition walls were used you could increase or decrease the available seating.

Also for those people who could not get in the building the outside speaker system is useless,improve that and place a screen outside so at least they can hear what is being said.

But I suppose the size was determined by cost,as with most big companies,shareholders happy,but mourners,well if you turn up and cannot get in and its raining,you will get wet.

POOR POOR SHOW
Lovely location but totally inadequate

I attended a cremation for the first time at this location today (19 July 2017) and whilst i was impessed with the buildings and grounds I was far from impressed with the unbearable heat in the chapel. The air conditioning did not appear to be working and people were trying to cool themselves by fanning with their orders of service. The heat was such that I feared for the health of one or two elderly people who were perspiring badly.

Excellent service.A big special thank you to Gillian who was very kind and helpful. Also a big thank you to Wendy Smith at the head office who made the process of this sad time a lot easier. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all.

As a Funeral Celebrant, I have conducted many ceremonies in Crematoria across Norfolk and Suffolk. The staff at Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium are dedicated and will always 'go that extra mile' to ensure satisfaction for their customers and the family of a loved one. Waveney Crematorium is a contemporary, clean and light building that is perfect for celebrating the life of a loved one and sits in tranquil and beautiful gardens and grounds that are beginning to mature and blossom into a fabulous place for quiet contemplation. If you are looking for somewhere that is not at all 'funereal' and provides a good setting for celebrating a life, I think you have just found it!

There are not enough nice words to express how kind and caring the team are.

All the staff are caring and very understanding. The whole park is immaculate, peaceful and calming.

The memorials are beautifully crafted and cared for by members of the staff so that the first impression of the park is a feeling of confidence that this is the right resting place for a loved one.

The service has been excellent from cremation to interment and continued after service ...and love visiting our Mum and Dad there it's the perfect resting place...the grounds are kept lovely....

Flowers are very expensive every time we take they are taken with in 7 days squirrels be given as excuse ?
