I was sent the wrong colour and size overshirt. Pity but this happens. However I thought the customer service was excellent. Quick on email replies and I got refunded everything. Overall it took about 3 weeks or so but was reassured by email. I don’t live in the UK so dealing with euro. All good and thumbs up for excellent customer service

Very poor in terms of customer service. Item has been returned for 2 weeks and still no definitive date of exchange item delivery provided. Email query responses have been poor with no real detail or name of company contact.

I’ve bought loads from Wax and I’m always really happy with my purchases. The clothes are of a premium quality, the website is really easy to use and they’ve all lasted really well. Worth every penny, will keep coming back!

I had a VERY bad experience with Wax, and they ripped me off. I ordered a coat for which I wanted to change the size. They apparently could not give me the proper return label and told me to pay it myself and that I would get a FULL REFUND. Unfortunately that was just a lie and I did not get the money back.
Apart from that the customer service was very poor, mistakes upon mistakes and very careless behaviour. Never again! 👎

I got an Indigo denim jacket and the style and quality is actually very nice. Delivery was quite quick and smooth, they use major couriers so I didn't expect any issues anyways...

I ordered a t-shirt and paid for next day delivery, 5 days went past with still no sign of even a dispatch email, I wrote to the customer care and they replied with, we've been busy. so when I asked if it is being dispatched today and if id be refunded the next day delivery costs, they just cancelled my order, with a very blunt reply. totally unprofessional and rude.
