Ma pire expérience de location

Ma pire expérience de location. L’arnaque totale. Nous avions loué sur Waygo une voiture pour 211€. Arrivée à l’agence il nous demande une caution et nous disent que notre visa est une carte de débit et non de crédit nous devons donc payer 240€ de plus. Honteux 😡

Une personne Tiago est venue me chercher à l'aéroport, très agréable et serviable.
Quand j'ai rendu la voiture "FIAT 500" très bonne p'tite voiture avec 7600 km au compteur. Idéal dans les rue s de Lisbonne. Bon accueil et toujours aussi serviable avec un p'tit café. Merci, je recommande l'agence de Lisbonne . Estaçao de Lisboa, Av. Severiano Falcao 11, 2685-380 Prior Velho

Professionnels du vol et de l'arnaque !!!

Je loue des voitures 5x par an, je suis donc un habitué des magouilles des loueurs et je sais m'en défendre. Mais là j'ai eu à faire à des pros de l'arnaque. J'ai payé un supplément 30€ pour un retour véhicule à 05:00 heures avec transport en navette à l'aéroport. À la réception du véhicule on me dit qu'au retour ils sont fermés et qu'ils n'ouvrent qu'à 08:00 heures. On me demande de garer la voiture dans la rue devant l'agence et d'appeler un Uber pour aller à l'aéroport. Là j'ai compris que j'avais à faire à des vrais professionnels de l'arnaque. Une semaine après mon retour de mon séjour, ma carte de crédit commence à être débité pour des services que j'ai refusé et dont j'ai même signé une décharge. Ce sont des VOLEURS !!!

Above and beyond service!

We had a great experience. Our car cost a fraction of what the airport car hire stands were charging. The instructions on how to be collected from arrivals were simple and we easily found the minibus to Waygo. It was just a few minutes down the road and collecting out car was straightforward and overall a lot quicker than some airport car hire collections we've had elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was clean and as described. Drop off and the shuttle back to the airport at the end of our trip was also very easy. HOWEVER staff went above and beyond after my wife left her wallet at the Waygo office. They called us at the airport and quickly drove the wallet over to my wife, saving her from having to cancel all her bank cards!

Agence de voleurs, passez votre chemin

Voiture sans liquide lave glace, témoin jaine moteur dès le debut de la location au bout de 2h de route. On prévient on nous dit que ce n’est pas grave..
On rend la voiture on se fait facturer 35 euros un bip d’autoroute. Agence de VOLEURS.

Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards as we set a high standard for ourselves.
All Waygo vehicles are equipped with an electronic toll collection system mandatory by the Portuguese law. In some routes there are no toll booths, what they’ve got instead is sensors set up at regular intervals along the roads. Subscription to this service is made locally and the driver can decide not to activate the service, which happened in your contract that you didn't want to activate the device as Declaration of knowledge of the Tolls signed by the driver at the pick-up with the instructions and penalties clearly detailed by not accpeting the activation of the device (document added to your rental agreement).

Regarding the yellow dashboard light is a warning of a problem that needs to be serviced soon, like an oil change and while not an emergency, you don't need to stop driving immediately. Driver may procced driving reason being of the reply of our customer support that you could continue your trip safely as you did for 1065kms.. Our customer support after your call booked the car service to be checked.

Ottimo servizio

Prenotazione avvenuta tramite discoverscars , presso aeroporto di Lisbona. Ci hanno dato un auto di livello superiore(senza sovrapprezzo)con annesso dispositivo per pagamento automatizzato dei pedaggi (1,99 al giorno), personale puntuale e disponibile, ci hanno proposto la polizza full inclusive senza insistere(ne avevo già una).Servizio navetta puntuale. Deposito su carta di credito sbloccato alla consegna dell’auto. Unica pecca non ho ricevuto ancora il dettaglio delle spese del telepass. Consigliato ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità .

Prezzo e servizio ottimi!

Prezzi assolutamente super competitivi!
Per il prezzo che fanno pagare, vi consiglio di fare l’assicurazione totale in modo da non avere pensieri..
Ci hanno dato una macchina nuova e super pulita con tutti i comfort.
La cauzione di 150€ l’hanno sbloccata nel momento in cui abbiamo riportato l’auto.
Servizio navetta super efficiente!

Mauvaise expérience nous avons payer le double de la réservation sur internet pour une histoire de carte débit il nous demandait une carte de crédit et au retour il nous ont trouver une excuse de cendre dans la voiture pour nous facturer encore le nettoyage normalement compris dans le contrat je recommande pas du tous le personnel est désagréable seul les chauffeurs de navettes sont bien

Différence dans le montant payé : Le montant total n'était pas le double de la réservation initiale. En raison de l'absence d'une carte de crédit, nous vous avons expliqué les conditions alternatives au moment de l'ouverture du contrat, lesquelles ont été acceptées par vous.
Facturation pour le nettoyage : Lors de la restitution du véhicule, notre équipe a constaté une forte odeur de tabac et la présence de cendres sur le tableau de bord et la plage arrière. Bien que vous ayez affirmé ne pas avoir fumé à l'intérieur de la voiture, vous avez admis avoir fumé avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Conformément à nos politiques, un nettoyage supplémentaire était nécessaire. Toutes les informations sur les conditions de restitution du véhicule sont fournies à l'ouverture du contrat.
Notre priorité est d'offrir un service de qualité et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir répondu à vos attentes. Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires et nous restons à votre disposition pour tout complément d'information.

My experience was VERY BAD!!!

I believed the reviews and the price, but BE CAREFUL!!! They are deceiving you!!!

The service WayGo didn't support my case. I achieved some small scratch on the plastic bumper of car from another driver. When I return the car they randomly calculated HUGE price for that 233.70 EUR!!! and said that is SERIOUS DAMAGE of the car!!! Having their Basic Insurance doesn't mean for them anything. You will need to pay everithing by your wallet.
With this approach, they can request a replacement of the entire car after a small scratch.

As a result, I paid a lot of money for the lack of support, service and desire to help.

Absolutely disgusting attitude to clients.
I totally DO NOT recommend this service!!!

Thank you for your post. The car has two repair panels ( fender panel and front panel of the car) that have to be fixed. It looks like a small scratch but is a very deeply damage that affects two different panels of the vehicle. On your behalf, at the end our colleague at the desk only charged one of the damaged panels ( 190€ + Tax).

Regarding our Insurance Go Safe the CDW insurance covers all damages in case of accident for the 3rd party so any damage/accident on your own car the customer is responsible and will be charged accordingly. To have a full insurance not only for the 3rd party but on your own vehicle in case of accident / damages it is necessary to add the Full insurance the SCDW that was declined on your side at the pickup.

I interacted with a person called Tiago ..a guy with a beard.........well, words fail me with regard to staring this review....
For starters..what type of car hire company wants to shut their offices at 8pm at night and not open till 10am on Saturday !!!!!!! They should certainly not be a car hire company because obviously flights go at all times....
The guy Tiago?? tried to charge me another 100 euros when I arrived at their offices as he said their offices closed at 8pm and I had arrived after 8pm...well obviously this is a ridiculous comment because their publicity says they are a 24 hour a day car hire company plus I had actually arrived before 8pm at the airport and they ere supposed to meet me with a sign but they didn't ..I had to phone them to get them to come. Also.....this guy was fully aware of my outward bound flight on Saturday so could easily have told me that their offices would not be open until 10am but no ..I had to find out by arriving on Saturday at 9am and driving around and around the compound until I found someone.(Tiago).who told me they didn't open until 10am ...WHAT ?????????where was I supposed to leave the car? Had I been given any instructions when I arrived about where to leave the car ? NO NO NO ...and not only that ..because they weren't open I had to call a taxi to take me to the airport (less than half a mile away) which cost 10 euros ..

without doubt the worst car hire experience I have ever had

We understand your frustration regarding our opening and closing hours but they are very clearly during your online search as when you confirm the booking. To minimize any misunderstood and makes our customer easy and simple to meet us all the information guidance is on the voucher on the pick-up instructions as for the drop off (“Waygo offers a free shuttle to the Lisbon Airport during opening hours of the office. The costumer can return the car using the Key Box, however he as to go to the airport by its own means”). The amount that is referred on the post of 100€ is for the Full insurance and no for the out of hours fee that my colleague at the desk as a commercial gesture was free of charge. We are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.

The pick up and drop off were friendly and welcoming. The car itself was fine and in good operation. All the paperwork was processed in a friendly and efficient manner. We will definitely book again thanks to a competitive price, friendly interactions (thanks Nuno and his colleague who picked us up from airport), good service.
