I will never order from you again. Had to make several calls, on hold for 20 min first time, second time waited 30 min. I received . Boy received one plant so far. Got the run around today when I called. Looking at my order status, it said two other orders shipped on 4/4, did not receive that order.
You need to take training on how to handle situations better.

Dead Plants

My plants arrived on the day to plant them in Kansas. I hired a professional K-St gardener to plant them. The trip was too much for these plants. They are sadly dead.

shipping delay

Unfortunately I have not yet received my order, therefore unable to give a higher rating. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I am in zone 9 so this was not an issue in shipping. After 2 weeks I wrote requesting information and received a automatic response stating they were experiencing heavy volume of customer service and would get back to me asap. Never heard a word. Received notice today package arriving tomorrow.
Can't attest to quality of product since I have not received it. I am not going to bother ordering from this company again.

The plants and flowers are so healthy…

The plants and flowers are so healthy and just as described; the packing is protective and we have never had a problem. They stand behind their products too and have replaced free of charge any item that did not survive

My #1 source for plants…

Wayside has always provided an interesting variety of plants, suggestions for pairings and combinations, and very healthy plants. Whenever there has been an issue with the health of a plant, Wayside has responded very satisfactorily. Wayside is my #1 source for plants and I do order many plants each year.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, not only was the wrong plant delivered, it came with a giant locust looking insect that had already eaten a huge portion of the plant’s stem / bark area.

Theses 4 Caroline not blooming or growing at all...

Theses Caroline plants were not blooming or growing at all...I Thank all 4 are dead...They were dying or dead when they got to me...Please I like to have a full refund...I telephoned Wayside Gardens ...I advised a lady the condition of these plants...she became very rude. I advised her to cancel any other order I have with this company... They replied order cancel.

Nice Healthy plants and good customer service.

The people working in customer service are very helpful and nice. The plants I have received are very nice, but I always pay extra to have my plants arrive using 2 day shipping. It’s expensive to do that, but the plants are less stressed and less wilted.
The reason for 4 stars is because many times, I find that what I ordered is on backorder, even though online it says shipping now or will ship on a certain day, only to find out later that it will be delayed by several weeks. I have been waiting for some verbena and callabracoa since April 4th and it’s now April 18th and they still aren’t here. That’s disappointing because in Texas, it gets hot here very early in the Spring and the plants should already be in the ground. I never receive a notice either that my order has been delayed. I only find out by calling them. This issue needs to be addressed so customers can trust the dates of shipment listed online.
Otherwise, I am pleased with their service. Plants are well packed and in good condition if you don’t use standard shipping.

Frustrating experience

The bulbs and plants were fine but......the shipping, phone access and the completion of my order was VERY unsatisfactory. Will NOT use this website again because of these issues. I actually got an email that the last of my order was shipped the day after the order arrived!

Horrible customer support and logistics. And, something must be wrong with their phone line....it says to pick a number and it goes somewhere else or doesn't answer and you start the whole call over again. I finally hung up and called again and actually got someone.
