Disappointing.

No notice of shipment or how it was being shipped. We were gone
for 3 days and had arranged for a neighbor to open and care for
plants. Well, they were shipped by us postal service with no prior
notice. So they sat at PO for extra days and were eventually delivered
all smelling rotten and most were dead. Poorly packed on top of
it all. The second shipment arrived after we got home by UPS and
those plants were not in much better shape. Never again. You can
do better. There are better ways to pack plants that laying them on
their side ….. other box types etc. Sad

Not happy

I've already sent an email on this issue. I got half if my order and was promised the other half was coming soon after and it has yet to come and it's been over a month. All these plants were planned to be planted together for a party I was having June 2nd but I've yet to get the other half of my order. The first half of the order I've had to re put into bigger pots as I'm waiting on the other half so I'm not very happy at this point. I feel like I've have been forgotten or totally overlooked at this point. Ms. Cynthia Fetherolf

Your order also shows that your first shipment was for annuals scheduled to ship in the second shipping cycle "B". That shipping cycle began 4/23/18 and there was a three week window for shipping. The second shipment was for annual plants scheduled to ship in shipping cycle "C". This is the final shipping cycle for annuals and began on 5/15/18. The vendors again have a three week window to get those orders shipped out. We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you. The plants I received from Wayside

The plants I received from Wayside Gardens were all healthy and moist. They were well packed and already had buds on them, especially the 9 Ophiopogon planiscapus Nigrescens (Black mondo grasses). I remarked to my husband how nice and healthy these plants were. I would certainly recommend Wayside Gardens because of the variety, quality and availabilty of plants.

Best ever

These are the best support rings that I have found. They are made heavy duty to last for years. I will no longer be buying expensive green support rings, that I have to replace all the time. We had heavy winds and my very tall delphinium was supported very well and did not get damaged. The supports are also tall enough so you can pull the support up, as the plant gets taller. Great product. Great price.

per your ad on the wed site indicate…

per your ad on the wed site indicate that the Kaffir lime tree is 4ft to 5ft tall , but when I received it , the kaffir lime tree is 22 inches tall. I very unsatisfied, ( it is very dishonor) and I will never ever buy from you again, will not recommend to any one )

If you notice it also states, "Reaching 4-5 foot at full maturity, you'll find that this fruiting tree fits well sitting in front of a large window during the colder months or lounging on a sunny patio during the warmer seasons." Very dissapointing

Ok since you asked. It started with calling the horticulturalist for some insight and an opinion. He wasn't available and I left a message. Called again and again no response. Bought 2 hydrangeas . They were the worst looking plants I ever received from any mail order company. Called to complain and the customer service offered to replace them. I asked if I should send a picture of the bad plants and I was given an email address. I asked for a phone # and got no response. The new plants were fine but the whole experience makes me hesitate to do business in the future.

Terrible product

Terrible product! I am an experienced and avid gardener. Ordered 3 bareroot roses which did not survive. They appeared unhealthy/weak upon receipt. Wayside did not offer a replacement past 90 days and I was under the impression with customer service that the guarantee was for one year. No money refunded. Will not be doing business with this company again.

All Plants Arrived in Mint Condition

All the bareroot, bulbs, and container plants I ordered arrived in terrific condition. The plants are all growing beautifully in the gardens and I will definitely be ordering from Wayside Gardens in the future.

TOTAL FRAUD!!!

TOTAL FRAUD!!!
I truly felt cheated by this company, which not only lies about what it sells, but also doesn’t answer the phone to make itself responsible for its service.
A couple of weeks ago I made an order of 17 plants and a flowering tree. I believed that it was a reasonable purchase (at least, it was big for me). I was very excited to get it and set to work. But instead, I got a big disappointment.
Yesterday I was shocked at the size of the two packages I received. It was imposible to think that the flowering tree I ordered could fit in 7x7x36 box. But the surprise came after, when I found out that the tree was a stick with 20 leaves!!! I paid $70 for a magnolia stick!!!! You must be kidding me??? You really fooled me!
After the first disappointment, I couldn't expect more about what was inside the box #2. The 14x13x24 box fitted 17 plants!!! I was expecting a “plant”, not a handful of hay!... Seriously, do you think that you sell plants? You cannot charge for these plants what I paid.
“A picture is worth a thousand words”, so I am attaching the pics of my “BIG”order, which will post everywhere online, in order to prevent other people from a FRAUD.
Obviously, I expect not only an apology for this fraud, but also a refund of this over-paid purchase.
BE SURE THAT I WILL REVIEW YOU EVERYWHERE ONLINE.

2 months after placing my order for a…

2 months after placing my order for a product called the Breathtaking Combination I received 3 proven winners plants and was charged almost $32.00. The webpage that describes this plant combo indicates that you will receive 9 plants in total. 3 plants in each of 3 4-inch pots. I got 1 plant in each of 3 4-inch pots which means I paid over $10 a piece for a plant I could have gotten at Home Depot for half the price. C'mon guys, get your act together. Have never received a response to any of my numerous emails to customer service either. Find your plants somewhere else and avoid the hassles with this place.

Placed large order on 4/12 with company…

Placed large order on 4/12 with company stated expected delivery of 4/20. It is now 4/30 and I have received NOTHING from this company.
Requested total cancellation when nothing arrived and was denied because my order was " in process" on 4/27 and should be arriving soon. The shipment has to travel 50 miles to me and it still isn't here, but my card has been charged. NOT COOL NEVER AGAIN Negative 2 stars if I could.
